Karzai and Kayani are deceiving their people

Pak-Afghan Tension is to Secure the American Presence in the Region

In recent days the escalating diplomatic and military tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan is for the purpose of creating a favorable environment for the permanent presence of American military bases and personnel in Afghanistan, even after 2014, the so called dead-line for a limited withdrawal. The Karzai government is blaming Pakistan for infighting and the rest of their problems in Afghanistan. On the other hand Pakistan is blaming Karzai administration for supporting terrorists operating in the tribal areas of Pakistan. Karzai and Kayani both are trying to cover the face of real culprit, America. America is behind all bombings and killings taking place in Pakistan and Afghanistan and its agents accusing each other to strengthen the American presence in the region.

America wants to secure the presence of American military bases even after 2014 in the guise of a limited withdrawal of troops, but America is facing a very strong public opinion in Afghanistan against achieving this objective. The Karzai government blamed Pakistan for its internal problems so that they can convince Afghan people that for their security and to stop Pakistan infiltrating in its internal affairs, American presence is required in Afghanistan even after 2014. In order to achieve this objective General Kayani, who earlier secured and consolidated American Raj in Pakistan, has extended his services to consolidate American Raj in Afghanistan as well. General Kayani’s recent visit of Jordan was partly to secure this objective, where he met John Kerry, US Secretary of State.

The basic reason of all problems faced by Pakistan and Afghanistan is the American presence in the region, her evil plans and her rotten capitalist system. The traitor rulers of Pakistan and Afghanistan spilled the honorable blood of Muslims extravagantly in the name of fighting the so called war on terror in order to secure American objectives. The only way out for Pakistan and Afghanistan from this disastrous situation is to uproot the traitor rulers, abolish the capitalist system and replace them with the establishment of Khilafah. The Khilafah will put together the power of Pakistan and Afghanistan under a single leader, a Khaleefah, and then the combined power of armed forces of Khilafah and sincere Mujahideen will force America to abandon its foothold in the region and run away like a mad dog.

Hizb ut-Tahrir reminds the sincere officers in the armed forces of Pakistan that they should seize the traitors within their ranks, who have already sacrificed almost fifty thousand Muslim soldiers and civilians for this American war, in their efforts to make another success story for yet another American evil plan. Continuation of the American presence in the region means the continuous spilling of the sacred blood of Muslim soldiers and civilians while cowardly American solders will be sitting in their air conditioned rooms enjoying the fruits of this war of Fitna. Come forward now and give the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah and establish the basis for a powerful state, Khilafah, which will combine the people, armies and resources of Pakistan and Afghanistan, compelling America to leave this region in disgrace and humiliation.

کرزئی اور کیانی اپنی عوام کو دھوکہ دے رہے ہیں

پاک افغان کشیدگی خطے میں امریکی موجودگی کو مستحکم کرنے کے لئے ہے

حالیہ دنوں میں پاکستان اور افغانستان کے درمیان سفارتی اور فوجی کشیدگی میں اضافہ درحقیقت افغانستان میں 2014 کے بعد بھی امریکی فوجی اڈوں اور امریکی افواج کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ماحول سازگار بنانے کے لیے ہے۔ کرزئی حکومت افغانستان میں امن کے قیام میں ناکامی اور اس کے مسائل کا ذمہ دار پاکستان کو ٹہرا رہی ہے جبکہ پاکستان کرزئی انتظامیہ کو پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں موجود دہشت گردوں کی پشت پناہی کا ذمہ دار ٹہرا رہی ہے۔ کرزئی اور کیانی پاکستان اور افغانستان میں بم دھماکوں اور قتل و غارت گری کے اصل مجرم امریکہ کے گھناونے کردار پر پردہ ڈالنے اور خطے میں امریکی راج کو مزید مستحکم کرنے کے لیے ایک دوسرے پر الزام تراشی کر رہے ہیں۔ دراصل امریکہ افغانستان میں 2014 کے بعد بھی اپنی موجودگی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے انخلأ کے منصوبے کی آڑ میں مستقل فوجی اڈے قائم کرنا چاہتا ہے لیکن اس مقصد کے حصول میں امریکہ کو افغانستان میں سخت عوامی ردعمل کا سامنا ہے۔ کرزئی حکومت کی جانب سے اپنے اندرونی مسائل کا ملبہ پاکستان پر ڈالنے کا مقصد افغان عوام کو یہ باور کرانا ہے کہ ان کے تحفظ اور پاکستان کی مداخلت روکنے کے لیے 2014 کے بعد بھی افغانستان میں محدود امریکی افواج کی موجودگی ضروری ہے۔ دوسری جانب پاکستان میں امریکی راج کو مستحکم کرنے کے بعد جنرل کیانی افغانستان میں امریکی راج کے تسلسل کو جاری اور مستحکم کرنے کے لئے امریکہ کو بھر پور معاونت فراہم کر رہا ہے۔ جنرل کیانی کا حالیہ دورہ اردن کے دوران امریکی سیکریٹری خارجہ جان کیری سے ملاقات بھی اسی مقصد کے حصول کے لیے تھی۔

پاکستان اور افغانستان کے مسائل کی بنیادی وجہ خطے میں امریکی موجودگی، اس کے ناپاک عزائم اور سرمایہ دارنہ نظام ہے۔ دہشت گردی کے خلاف نام نہاد امریکی جنگ کے نام پر امریکی مفادات کی تکمیل کے لیے پاکستان اور افغانستان کے مسلمانوں کا مقدس خون، پاکستان اور افغانستان کے غدار حکمرانوں نے پانی کی طرح بہایا گیا ہے۔ اس بدترین صورتحال سے نکلنے کی واحد صورت پاکستان اور افغانستان سے غدار حکمرانوں، سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کے خاتمے اور خلافت کے قیام میں ہے۔ خلافت پاکستان اور افغانستان کی قوت کو ایک خلیفہ کی قیادت میں یکجا کر دے گی اور خلافت کی افواج اور مخلص مجاہدین کی مشترکہ قوت امریکہ کو پاکستان اور افغانستان سے دم دبا کر بھاگنے پر مجبور کر دے گی۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران کو ان کی ذمہ داری کی یاددہانی کراتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ایک اور امریکی منصوبے کو کامیاب بنانے سے روکیں جو پہلے ہی 50 ہزار پاکستان کے مسلمان شہریوں اور فوجیوں کو امریکی جنگ کی بھینٹ چڑھا چکے ہیں۔ خطے میں امریکی موجودگی کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ امریکی مفادات کی تکمیل کے لیے مزید ہزاروں مسلمان شہریوں اور فوجیوں کا مقدس خون بہایا جائے گا جبکہ بزدل امریکی افواج اپنے ائرکنڈیشن کمروں میں آرام سے بیٹھے رہیں گی۔ آگے بڑھیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرة فراہم کریں اور پاکستان اور افغانستان کے مسلمانوں، افواج اور ان کے وسائل کو یکجا کر کے دنیا کے طاقتور ترین ریاست خلافت کی بنیاد ڈالیں اور کافر امریکی افواج کو خطے سے ذلیل رسو کر کے نکال باہر کریں۔
