مَن قَتَلَ نَفْساً بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِى ٱلأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعاً

 “If anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all of humankind” (Al Maida 5:32)

Hizb ut-Tahrir Condemns The Brutal Bomb Attack In Quetta

Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan harshly condemns the bomb blast in Quetta and the subsequent killing of more then 89 people, with hundreds injured and gross losses of property.  A Muslim can never do such a cowardly and inhuman act, for any Muslims believes in the Book of Allah, The Quran, also believes firmly His  سبحانه وتعالى saying:

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً

“And whosoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him” (Surah Al-Nisa 4:93)

For centuries Muslims belonging to different schools of thought have been living peacefully under the Islamic rule. Thirteen hundred years of Muslims history show us that a Shafai Muslim had never killed his Hanafi Muslim brother or a Hanafi had ever killed his Jafferi Muslim brother, just because of juristic differences of opinions. This current strife is the creation of the Western colonialist nations, who invaded and occupied Muslims lands and sowed the seed of hatred on the basis of nationalism, racism and sectarianism. Islam severely condemns nationalism, racism and sectarianism and declares all human beings as the siblings of Adam عليه السلام and the Muslims as a single Ummah. Not only did the Muslims peacefully deal with their fellow Muslim brothers for centuries, the Dhimmis (Non Muslim citizens of Islamic state) like Hindus and Zoroastrians were never subjected of oppression at the hands of Muslims, although their creed is totally different from that of the Muslims.

Hizb ut-Tahrir once again stresses that America is behind such malevolence. America is killing Muslims all over the country through the terrorists of Raymond Davis Network supported by its loyal agents in the political and military leadership of Kayani-Zardari. Hizb ut-Tahrir reminds all Islamic parties that through these horrific acts Western colonialists want to create a wall of hatred between the Muslims, so that they will be able to capitalize their colonialist objectives in this country and strengthen their presence in Pakistan and Afghanistan. We appeal to our brothers in Islamic parties to denounce this conspiracy hatched by America and traitors in the political and military leadership and support Hizb ut-Tahrir in order in getting rid of them. We warn the Islamic parties that if we do not condemn the actual culprits behind such vicious acts, America and traitors in the political and military leadership, then America and West will succeed in their endeavor. Our success, prosperity and security lies in ridding ourselves of America and its agents in political and military leadership, who are playing with the sacred blood of Muslims. Our success lies in supporting Hizb ut-Tahrir in its objective for the establishment of Khilafah. Inshaa Allah Khilafah will avenge the blood of the Muslims from the Western colonialist and agent Muslims rulers.

"جو شخص کسی کو ناحق قتل کر دے اور زمین میں فساد برپا کرے تو گویا اس نے تمام انسانوں کو قتل کر دیا" (المائدہ:32)

حزب التحریر کوئٹہ کے وحشیانہ بم دھماکے کی پر زور مذمت کرتی ہے

حزب التحریرولایہ پاکستان کوئٹہ میں ہونے والے بم دھماکے اور اس کے نتیجے میں 89 سے زائد افراد کی ہلاکت، سیکڑوں زخمیوں اور املاک کے نقصان کی شدید ترین مذمت کرتی ہے۔

اس قسم کے بزدلانہ اور غیر انسانی حملے مسلمان کبھی بھی نہیں کر سکتے۔ مسلمان جو اللہ کی کتاب پر ایمان رکھتا ہے اللہ کے اس فرمان پر بھی قطعی یقین رکھتا ہے:

وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً

"اور جو کوئی کسی مؤمن کو قصداً قتل کر دے اس کی سزا دوزخ ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا، اس پر اللہ کا غضب اور لعنت ہے اور اس کے لیے بڑا سخت عذاب تیار رکھا ہے" (النسأ:93)

مختلف مسالک کے مسلمان صدیوں سے اسلامی ریاست کے سائے تلے ایک ساتھ رہتے رہے ہیں۔ مسلمانوں کی تیرہ سو سالہ تاریخ یہ بتاتی ہے کہ کبھی بھی شافعی نے اپنے حنفی مسلمان بھائی کو یا حنفی نے کبھی اپنے جعفری مسلمان بھائی کو صرف مسلکی اختلاف کی بنا پر قتل کیا ہو۔ موجودہ صورتحال دراصل مغربی استعماری طاقتوں کی پیدا کردہ ہے جنھوں نے مسلمان ممالک پر حملہ اور قبضہ کیا اورمسلمانوں کے درمیان قومیت، نسل اور فرقہ واریت کی بنیاد پر نفرتیں پیدا کیں۔ اسلام قوم پرستی، نسل پرستی اور فرقہ پرستی کی شدید مذمت کرتا ہے اور تمام انسانوں کو آدم علیہ اسلام کی اولاد اور مسلمانوں کو ایک امت قرار دیتا ہے۔ مسلمان صدیوں سے نہ صرف اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کے ساتھ پر امن طریقے سے رہتے آئیں ہیں بلکہ مسلمانوں کے زیر سایہ رہنے والے ذمی (اسلامی ریاست کے غیر مسلم شہری) جیسے ہندو اور مجوس بھی کبھی بھی مسلمانوں کے ہاتھوں قتل و غارت گری یا ظلم کا شکار نہیں ہوئے ہیں جن کا عقیدہ ہی مسلمانوں سے یکسر مختلف ہے۔

حزب التحریر ایک بار پھر اس بات پر زور دیتی ہے کہ ان وحشیانہ حملوں کے پیچھے امریکہ ہے جو سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں، زرداری اور کیانی کی حمائت اور اپنے ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کے دہشت گردوں کے ذریعے پاکستان بھر میں مسلمانوں کا قتل عام کر رہا ہے۔ حزب التحریر تمام اسلامی تحریکوں سے کو یہ بتانا چاہتی ہے کہ ان واقعات کے ذریعے مغربی استعماری طاقتیں مسلمانوں کے درمیان نفرتوں کی دیواریں کھڑی کرنا چاہتی ہیں تاکہ اس ملک میں اپنے استعماری اہداف کو پورا کرسکیں اور پاکستان اور افغانستان میں اپنے اثرورسوخ کو مزید مضبوط کرسکیں۔ لہذا ہم اسلامی تحریکوں میں موجود اپنے بھائیوں سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ امریکہ اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی سازشوں کو ناکام بنا دیں اور ان سے نجات کے لیے حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد میں شامل ہوجائیں۔ ہم اسلامی تحریکوں میں موجود اپنے بھائیوں کو خبردار کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ اگر ہم نے ان وحشیانہ درندگی کے واقعات کے اصل ذمہ داروں یعنی امریکہ اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت مین موجود اس کے ایجنٹوں کی شدید ترین مذمت نہیں کریں گے تو امریکہ اور اور مغرب اپنے مقصد کو حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب ہو جائے گا۔ ہم سب کی کامیابی، خوشحالی اور تحفظ اسی میں ہے کہ ہم مسلمانوں کے مقدس خون سے کھیلنے والے امریکہ اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود امریکی ایجنٹوں سے نجات حاصل کریں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کی مدد و معاونت کریں۔ انشأ اللہ خلافت مغربی استعماری طاقتوں اور ان کے ایجنٹ حکمرانوں سے مسلمانوں کے خون کا بھر پور بدلہ لے گی۔
