Hizb ut-Tahrir Holds Protests Against Tirah Valley Operations

No more fuel for America’s crusade

Hizb ut-Tahrir held countrywide protests in condemnation of the wasteful Tirah Valley Operations that have resulted in the death of dozens of soldiers and tribal Muslims. These operations were initiated on Friday 5 April 2013, without announcement, by traitors in Pakistan’s leadership. Such operations exploit our armed forces in order to save the cowardly American occupying forces in Afghanistan from the armed resistance of the Muslims in the tribal areas that lie between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Protestors were holding banners and placards declaring “Tirah Valley Operation: Don’t allow Pak Army to be fuel for American crusade” and “Tirah Valley Operation: Slavery to America, Betrayal of Ummah”. The protestors called for a stop to using the Pakistan Army as a fuel for America’s crusade in the tribal areas.

General Kayani has proven by the Tirah Valley Operations that he is the actual ruler of Pakistan, whilst a caretaker democratic government sits on its hands in Islamabad. Only the securing of American interests concerns Kayani and his small club of traitors in Pakistan’s leadership, whilst the entire country is stricken by huge electrical shortages in blistering heat with tens of millions deprived of even the use of fans to cool themselves. Moreover, rather than seizing these tyrants for their flagrant violation of Islam and neglect of the Ummah, democracy and dictatorship grant “legal” backing for their actions, as they are both man-made systems that trample over the commands and prohibitions stipulated by Allah سبحانه و تعالى.

Hizb ut-Tahrir calls the armed forces of Pakistan to grant it the Nussrah to secure the return of the Khilafah to these Muslims Lands. Indeed, only Hizb ut-Tahrir is amongst us to lead us to the establishment of this Khilafah and end the dark days of American hegemony. Hizb ut-Tahrir has prepared an entire constitution of 191 articles, accompanied with divine evidences from the Quran and Sunnah. It has prepared a library of books elaborating upon Islam, its solutions and its method of implementation. It has produced armies of capable, aware and committed, men and women to advise and account the rulers of the Khilafah in their implementation of Islam. It works throughout the Muslim world and is the world's largest party working for the unification of the Muslim World as a single Khilafah state. And it is full of politically capable jurists (Fuqaha'a) such as its Ameer, Sheikh Ata Abu Rishta, who has the capability, wisdom and experience to lead this entire Ummah.

At the end of the demonstrations, protestors dispersed peacefully while chanting slogans for the establishment of Khilafah.

وادی تیراہ میں فوجی آپریشن کے خلاف حزب التحریر کے احتجاجی مظاہرے

امریکی صلیبی جنگ کے لئے مزید ایندھن بننے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا سکتی

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک بھر میں وادی تیراہ میں فوجی آپریشن اور اس کے نتیجے میں ہونے والے سیکڑوں فوجیوں اور قبائلی مسلمانوں کی اموات کی خلاف احتجاجی مظاہرے کیے۔ پاکستان کی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے یہ فوجی آپریشن 5 اپریل بروز جمعہ 2013 کو بغیر کسی پیشگی اعلان کے شروع کیا۔ ان فوجی آپریشنز کا مقصدیہ ہے کہ افواج پاکستان کو استعمال کر کے افغانستان پر قابض بزدل امریکی افواج کو پاکستان اور افغانستان کے درمیان موجود قبائلی مسلمانوں کی جانب سے مسلح مزاحمت سے بچایا جائے۔ مظاہرین نے بینرز اور کتبے اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر "تیراہ میں آپریشن: پاک فوج کو امریکی صلیبی جنگ کا ایندھن نہ بناؤ" اور "تیراہ میں آپریشن، امریکہ سے وفاداری اور امت سے غداری" تحریر تھا۔ مظاہرین قبائلی علاقوں میں امریکی صلیبی جنگ کے لیے پاکستان کو ایندھن کے طور پر استعمال کرنے کی پالیسی کے خاتمے کا مطالبہ کر رہے تھے۔

وادی تیراہ میں فوجی آپریشن کے ذریعے جنرل کیانی نے یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ وہی پاکستان کا اصل حکمران ہے جبکہ نگران جمہوری حکومت اسلام آباد میں اس معاملے سے لاتعلق بیٹھی ہے۔ ایک طرف جب پورا ملک بجلی کے بدترین بحران کا شکار ہے اور کڑوڑوں لوگ گرمی دور کرنے کے لیے پنکھا تک چلانے سے محروم ہیں جنرل کیانی اور پاکستان کی قیادت میں موجود چھوٹے سے غداروں کے ٹولے کو صرف اس بات کی فکر ہے کہ کسی طرح امریکی مفادات کی تکمیل کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ بجائے اس کے کہ ان غداروں کو اسلامی احکامات کے صریح خلاف ورزی اور امت کے مفادات سے چشم پوشی پر ان کا احتساب کیا جاتا، جمہوریت اور آمریت ان کے غدارانہ اور حرام اعمال کو "قانونی چھتری" فراہم کرتیں ہیں کیونکہ یہ دونوں انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے نظام ہیں جواللہ سبحانہ وتعالی کے اوامر و نواہی کو معطل کر دیتے ہیں۔

حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ اس سرزمین پر خلافت کے قیام کے لیے نصرة فراہم کریں۔ یقیناً حزب التحریر خلافت کے قیام میں ہماری قیادت کرنے اور امریکی قبضے کے بھیانک دنوں کے خاتمے کے لیے ہمارے درمیان میں موجود ہے۔ حزب التحریر نے 191 دفعات پر مشتمل آئین تیار کیا ہے جس کی ہر دفعہ کے لیے حزب نے قرآن و سنت سے تفصیلی دلائل بھی بیان کیے ہیں۔ حزب نے ایسی کتابوں کا ایک پورا ذخیرہ ترتیب دیا ہے جو زندگی میں درپیش مختلف مشکلات اور معاملات کے اسلام سے حل، اس کی تفصیلات اور اس کے نفاذکے تفصیلی طریقہ کار کو بیان کرتیں ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ حزب التحریر نے کثیر تعداد میں ایسے قابل، باخبر، باشعور اور جاں نثارمرد اور خواتین تیار کیے ہیں جو خلافت کے قیام کے بعد خلیفہ کو اسلام کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی میں معاونت فراہم کریں گے اور اسلام کے مکمل اور بھرپور نفاذ کے لیے خلیفہ کا سخت احتساب بھی کریں گے۔ حزب التحریر دنیا کی سب سے بڑی جماعت ہے جو پوری مسلم دنیا میں تمام مسلم ریاستوں کو ایک ریاست خلافت کے تحت وحدت بخشنے کے لیے کام کر رہی ہے۔ اور حزب ایسے زبردست قابل سیاست دانوں اور فقہا سے بھری پڑی ہے جیسے اس کے امیر شیخ عطا ابو رشتہ ہیں جن میں یہ صلاحیت، ذہانت اور تجربہ ہے کہ وہ اس امت کی قیادت کرسکیں۔ آخر میں مظاہرین خلافت کے قیام کے حق میں نعرے لگاتے ہوئے پر امن طور پر منتشر ہو گئے۔
