Head of Central contact committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Saad Jagranvi addresses a gathering on Kashmir Day

Only the Khilafah will liberate Kashmir and restore Islam's dominance to the Indian Subcontinent

Addressing a large crowd in Pakistan's largest city, Karachi, the third most populated city in the world, Saad Jagranvi delivered a powerful and moving message on the occasion of Kashmir Day. Mr. Jagranvi, the Head of Hizb ut-Tahrir's Central Contact Committee in Pakistan, condemned the policies of the traitors in the military and political leadership that has bolstered the Hindu state's aggression against the Muslims. Mr. Jagranvi reminded the audience, which including dignitaries, that since the Clinton era, the regime's master, America, has wanted to exploit Pakistan to win over India to its sphere of influence, with the promise of the permanent burial of the Kashmir issue, enhancing India's presence in Afghanistan, strengthening India’s economy by gaining access to our huge market and the reduction of our military capabilities, including our nuclear weapons. Although the beneficiary of this treachery was America, America promptly opened the doors to the target of its aspirations, India, who now enjoys unprecedented influence within Afghanistan and the opportunity to create chaos within our borders. Moreover, India breathed a sigh of relief as Kashmir was abandoned and our armed forces are now ensnared in America's war of Fitna, as made clear in Kayani's revision to the army's military doctrine in the Green Book. All this is how India has the nerve to look our armed forces in the eye today and continue its brutal oppression of the Muslims of Kashmir.

He assured the gathered public that once Hizb ut-Tahrir establishes the Khilafah in Pakistan, all that Allah SWT has blessed the Muslims with will come to count and set the stage for the return of Islam's dominance in the region and the liberation of Kashmir. He reminded them that America and India's hold on Afghanistan is purely dependent on Pakistan, its logistical support, its intelligence and its professionally competent armed forces. He also reminded the audience of the weakness of the Hindu state. It is a fragile rule, with a tendency to collapse. It is based on bigotry to the point that there are a myriad of secessionist groups, which seek the division of India. It is incapable of providing security and prosperity to non-Hindus or even Hindus of lower castes. And the Hindu state is energy dependent on the huge gas and oil reserves within the Muslim Lands and upon Pakistan for access to these resources.

Mr Jagranvi affirmed that the Khilafah as a state actor in the region will turn the tide in the favour of the Muslims. Islam is a unifying force for the Muslims of South and Central Asia that are over half a billion in number, of which nearly 200 million are in the Hindu state itself. The combined forces of the Islamic Ummah is approaching six million, those of the Hindu state stand at one million. The call for Khilafah has permeated through Central and South Asia, so the platform for the reunification of the Muslim Lands is in place. Moreover, there are many non-hostile non-Muslim states in the region who resent American and Indian aggression on their doorstep. They are also amenable to access to the huge resources of the Muslim Lands.

In a rousing conclusion, Saad Jagranvi asked the gathering to be firm on their commitment to the Deen of Allah SWT and the establishment of the State that represents this Deen and its people, the Khilafah. He called upon the armed forces to immediately grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah so the serious work of liberating all occupied lands could begin.

یوم کشمیر کے موقع پر پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے سربراہ سعد جگرانوی نے ایک اجتماع سے خطاب کیا

صرف خلافت ہی کشمیر کو آزاد اور برصغیر میں اسلام کو دوبارہ ایک طاقتور قوت بنائے گی

یوم کشمیر کے موقع پر پاکستان کے سب سے بڑے اور دنیا کے تیسرے بڑے شہر کراچی میں ایک بہت بڑے اجتماع سے سعد جگرانوی نے ایک پرجوش خطاب کیا۔ سعد جگرانوی نے، جو پاکستان میں حزب التحریر کی مرکزی رابطہ کمیٹی کے سربارہ ہیں، سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی پالیسیوں کو بھر پور تنقید کا نشانہ بنایا جس کی وجہ سے ہندو ریاست کو مسلمانوں کے خلاف جارحیت کی جرأت ہوتی ہے۔ جناب سعد جگرانوی نے اجتماع میں موجود لوگوں، جن میں کئی اپنے اپنے شعبوں کے ماہرین بھی تھے، کو یاد دہانی کرائی کہ سابق امریکی صدر بل کلنٹن کے دور سے حکمرانوں کا آقا امریکہ بھارت کو اپنے حلقہ اثر میں لانے کے لیے پاکستان کو استعمال کرتا آرہا ہے۔ اس مقصد کو حاصل کرنے کے لیے امریکہ بھارت کو مسئلہ کشمیر کو مستقل دفن کرنے، افغانستان میں بھارتی اثر و رسوخ کو بڑھانے، بھارتی معیشت کو طاقتور بنانے کے لیے پاکستان کی مارکیٹ تک اس کو رسائی فراہم کرانے اور پاکستان کی فوجی خصوصاً ایٹمی صلاحیت میں کمی کروانے کی یقین دہانی کراتا ہے۔ اس غداری کا امریکہ نے بھر پور فائدہ اٹھایا اور بھارت کو اپنے حلقہ اثر میں لانے کے لیے اس نے اپنے دروازے کھول دیے اور اب بھارت نہ صرف افغانستان میں زبردست اثرورسوخ حاصل کر چکا ہے بلکہ اسے پاکستان کے اندر افراتفری پیدا کرنے کا موقع بھی مل گیا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ کشمیر سے دستبرداری اور ہماری افواج کاقبائلی علاقوں میں امریکی فتنے کی جنگ میں ملوث ہو جانے کے بعد بھارت نے سکون کا سانس لیا ہے اور رہی سہی قصرچند دن قبل ہی امریکہ کی خواہش پر افواج پاکستان کی جنگی ڈاکٹرائن میں جنرل کیانی نے اہم تبدیلی کرتے ہوئے "اندرونی خطرے" کو پاکستان کی سلامتی کو درپیش سب سے بڑا خطرہ قرار دے کر پوری کر دی ہے۔ یہ ہے وہ صورتحال جس کی وجہ سے بھارت ہماری افواج کے خلاف میلی آنکھ سے دیکھنے کی جرأت کرتا ہے اور کشمیر میں مسلمانوں کے خلاف مسلسل زیادتیوں کے سلسلے کو جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے۔

سعد جگرانوی نے اس بات کی یقین دہانی کرائی کہ جب حزب التحریر پاکستان میں خلافت قائم کرنے میں کامیاب ہو جائے گی اور جو کچھ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی نے اس امت مسلمہ کو بخش رکھا ہے وہ ایک قیادت تلے جمع ہو جائے گاتو اس خطے میں اسلام کی بالادستی اور کشمیر کی آزادی کا خواب بھی انشأ اللہ پورا ہو جائے گا۔ انھوں نے اس بات کی یاد دہانی کرائی کہ امریکہ اور بھارت کا افغانستان پر اثرورسوخ مکمل طور پر پاکستان کی جانب سے فراہم کی جانے والی فضائی اور زمینی راہداری، انٹیلی جنس اور اس کی پیشہ وارانہ قابل فوج کی مدد کی وجہ سے ہے۔ انھوں نے اس بات کی بھی یاد دہانی کرائی کہ ہندو ریاست ایک کمزور ریاست ہے جس کی وجہ سے وہ ٹوٹ کر بکھر سکتی ہے۔ اس کی بنیاد میں عصبیت اس حد تک موجود ہے کہ کئی علیحدگی پسند تحریکیں برسرِ پیکار ہیں جو بھارت کی تقسیم چاہتی ہیں۔ بھارت میں یہ صلاحیت ہی نہیں ہے کہ وہ اپنے غیر ہندوں شہریوں، یہاں تک کہ چھوٹی ذات سے تعلق رکھنے والے ہندوں کو بھی، تحفظ اور خوشحالی فراہم کرسکے۔ اس کے علاوہ ہندو ریاست تیل و گیس کے لیے مسلم علاقوں پر انحصار کرتی ہے جن تک پہنچنے کے لیے پاکستان کی اجازت ضروری ہے۔

جناب سعد جگرانوی نے اس بات کی یقین دہانی کرائی کہ خلافت خطے کی صورتحال کو مسلمانوں کے حق میں تبدیل کر دے گی۔ اسلام جنوبی اور وسطی ایشیأ کے مسلمانوں کو جوڑنے والی قوت ہے۔ اس خطے میں مسلمانوں کی تعداد پچاس کروڑ سے زیادہ ہے جس میں سے تقریباً بیس کروڑ ہندو ریاست میں بستے ہیں۔ مسلمانوں کی مجموعی فوج کی تعداد تقریباًساٹھ لاکھ ہے جبکہ ہندوستان کی فوج کی تعداد دس لاکھ ہے۔ خلافت کی دعوت جنوبی اور وسطی ایشیأ میں پھیل چکی ہے لہذااس خطے میں مسلمانوں کی سرزمینوں کو ملا کر ایک اسلامی ریاست کو قائم کرنے کے لئے درکار تمام عوامل موجود ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ خطے میں ایسے کئی غیر مسلم ممالک ہیں جو مسلمانوں کے خلاف جارحانہ عزائم نہیں رکھتے، جو اپنے ملکوں میں امریکہ اور بھارت کی مداخلت کو قطعاً پسند نہیں کرتے۔ یہ ممالک بھی مسلمانوں کے ساتھ شامل ہو کر ہماری طاقت میں تقویت کا باعث ہوں گے۔

سعد جگرانوی نے اپنی پر جوش تقریر کے آخر میں اجتماع سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ اور اس دین اسلام کی ریاست یعنی خلافت کے قیام کے عہد پر مضبوطی سے قائم رہیں۔ انھوں نے افواج سے مطالبہ کیا کہ فوراً خلافت کے قیام کے لیے حزب التحریر کو نصرة فراہم کریں تا کہ پھر مسلم علاقوں کی بازیابی کے اہم کام کو شروع کیا جاسکے۔
