US Declaration to Slow Troop Withdrawal
Presence in Afghanistan is because of Traitors in the Political and Military Leadership of Pakistan
US President Obama announced on 15 October a slowing down of the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan, as well as confirming a continued US military presence beyond 2016. He made this announcement whilst claiming that the puppet Afghan regime could not confront a sudden rise in insurgency. Obama asked Pakistan to continue efforts to bring the Afghan Taliban to the negotiation table. Obama also maintained that that the Pakistan Army's military operations in the tribal regions forced militants to enter Afghanistan.
Just as America could not occupy Afghanistan without Pakistan’s help, similarly she can neither maintain her occupation nor bring the Afghan resistance to the negotiation table without Pakistan’s help. This reality confirms that America cannot even fight and control a few thousand ill-equipped but dedicated and motivated mujahideen, yet the current rulers always try to scare the Muslims regarding America's so-called military might. If America had not been enjoying the support of the traitors within the political and military leadership of Pakistan, she would have not been able to maintain her occupation in Afghanistan.
The America installed puppet regime in Afghanistan, the Afghan National Army, the US forces, NATO air power and thousands of US mercenaries can neither secure the American presence from the wrath of the Afghan resistance nor force them to sit on the negotiation table, without the help of Pakistan. This situation confirms that the actual power lies only with Pakistan, and not with the US, to change the situation of this region. However, the immense power and influence of Pakistan and its armed forces are being used to protect cowardly US soldiers and to maintain the US presence in Afghanistan, thanks to the traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan.
Hizb ut-Tahrir declares to the Ummah that as long as traitors in the political and military leadership remain, they will continue to use Pakistan and its armed forces for the benefit of America. And Pakistan and its armed forces will continue to bleed severely. Indeed, Allah (swt) has given immense power to Pakistan, such that it alone can remove the American presence in this region, but this will only happen under a righteous Khaleefah who will not fear anyone except Allah (swt). Therefore Hizb ut-Tahrir demands from the people of power to uproot traitors in the political and military leadership and give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of the Khilafah, so that a new era of the dominance of Islam in the region begins.
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ حَرِّضِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَى الْقِتَالِ إِنْ يَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ عِشْرُونَ صَابِرُونَ يَغْلِبُوا مِائَتَيْنِ وَإِنْ يَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ مِئَةٌ يَغْلِبُوا أَلْفًا مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لَا يفْقَهُونَ
“O Prophet! urge the believers to war; if there are twenty patient ones of you they shall overcome two hundred, and if there are a hundred of you they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a people who do not understand”
(Al-Anfal:65).

امریکہ کا فوجی انخلاء کے عمل کو سست کرنے کا اعلان
امریکہ کی افغانستان میں موجودگی پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کے مرہون منت ہے
امریکی صدر اوبامہ نے 15 اکتوبر کو افغانستان سے امریکی افواج کے مکمل انخلاء کے عمل کو سست کرنے کا اعلان کیا اور اس بات کی تصدیق کی کہ 2016 کے بعد بھی امریکی افواج افغانستان میں موجود رہیں گی۔ اس نے اعلان کی وجہ یہ بیان کی کہ کٹھ پتلی افغان حکومت مزاحمت میں آنے والی اچانک تیزی کا مقابلہ نہیں کرسکتی۔ اوبامہ نے پاکستان سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ افغان طالبان کو مذاکرات کی میز پر لانے کی کوششوں کو جاری رکھے۔ اوبامہ نے اس بات کا بھی اعتراف کیا کہ پاکستان کی جانب سے ہونے والے فوجی آپریشن نے بہت سے عسکریت پسندوں کو افغانستان میں داخل ہو نے پر مجبور کر دیا ہے۔
جس طرح امریکہ افغانستان پر قبضہ پاکستان کی مدد کے بغیر نہیں کر سکتا تھا بالکل اسی طرح امریکہ پاکستان کی مدد کے بغیر اس قبضے کو نہ تو برقرار رکھ سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی افغان مزاحمت کاروں کو مذاکرات کی میز پر لاسکتا ہے۔ یہ حقیقت اس بات کو بھی ثابت کرتی ہے کہ جس امریکہ کی نام نہاد فوجی قوت سے پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کو خوفزدہ کرنے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے اس امریکہ کی خود یہ حالت ہے کہ وہ چند ہزار نیم مسلح مگر انتہائی جانفشانی سے لڑنے والے مجاہدین کو قابو کرنے سے قاصر ہے۔ اگر پچھلے چودہ سالوں سے امریکہ کو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی مدد و معاونت حاصل نہ ہوتی تو امریکہ کسی صورت افغانستان پر اپنا قبضہ برقرار نہیں رکھ سکتا تھا۔
امریکہ نے افغانستان میں اپنی کٹھ پتلی حکومت قائم کر رکھی ہے لیکن تین لاکھ سپاہیوں پر مشتمل افغان نیشنل آرمی، امریکی افواج، نیٹو کی فضائی قوت اور ہزاروں کرائے کے امریکی فوجی مل کر بھی اس قابل نہیں کہ پاکستان کی مدد کے بغیر نہ تو امریکہ کی موجودگی کو افغان مزاحمت سےمحفوظ بنا سکتے ہیں اور نا ہی انہیں مذاکرات کی میز پر بیٹھا سکتے ہیں۔ ا س صورتحال سے یہ ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ خطے میں صورتحال کو تبدیل کرنے کی صلاحیت و طاقت تو پاکستان کے پاس ہے نہ کہ امریکہ کے پاس۔ لیکن پاکستان اور اس کی افواج کی اس عظیم صلاحیت کو سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار بزدل امریکی فوجیوں کو بچانے اور افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی کو دوام بخشنے کے لئے استعمال کر رہے ہیں۔
حزب التحریر امت کو یہ بتا دینا چاہتی ہے کہ جب تک سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار موجود رہیں گے وہ پاکستان اور اس کی افواج کو امریکی مفاد میں ہی استعمال کرتے رہیں گے اور پاکستان اور اس کی افواج لہولہان ہوتی رہیں گی۔ یقیناً پاکستان کو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے اس قدر طاقت سے نوازا ہے کہ وہ تن تنہا امریکہ کو اس خطے سے نکال باہر کر سکتا ہے لیکن ایسا صرف خلیفہ راشد ہی کر سکتا ہے جو سوائے اللہ کے کسی سے نہ ڈرتا ہوگا۔ لہٰذا حزب التحریر اہل قوت میں موجود مخلص افراد سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ وہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو اکھاڑ پھینکیں اور پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور خطے میں اسلام کی بالادستی کے ایک نئے دور کا آغاز کریں۔

"اے نبی! ایمان والوں کو جہاد کا شوق دلاؤ۔اگر تم میں بیس بھی صبر والے ہوں گے تو دو سو پر غالب رہیں گے اور اگر تم میں ایک سو ہوں گے تو ایک ہزار کافروں پرغالب رہیں گے اس لیے کہ وہ بے سمجھ لوگ ہیں"
