Shikarpur Bomb Blast will be used to Promote National (American) Action Plan
Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan condemns the bomb blast that took place at a Masjid in Shikarpur, in the province of Sindh. Hizb prays for the salvation of the deceased and may Allah help the relatives to patiently face this great loss.
After the Peshawar school attack hardly forty-four days have passed before this carnage fell on the Muslims of Pakistan. In Peshawar a school was attacked in which angel-like children were killed in the most brutal manner and now in Shikarpur a house of Allah is targeted. It is indeed unfortunate that the Raheel-Nawaz regime has not taken any step to grab the actual masterminds of these bomb blasts and killings: America and its ally India. Rather, the regime uses these horrific incidents to target the Mujahideen in the tribal area and all over the country who are waging Jihad in Afghanistan against America and its puppet regime or those people who demand the implementation of Islam through intellectual and political struggle. These people are being targeted in the name of ‘National Action Plan’, which is in fact an American action plan for American interests. Media mouth pieces of the Raheel-Nawaz Regime are shouting that India is behind these terrorist attacks and is using Afghanistan to wage a proxy war against Pakistan. Yet the regime does not take any action against America on whose support India is launching these attacks against Pakistan.
It is not a coincidence that this latest attack in Shikarpur comes days after media mouth pieces of the regime began a hue and cry that the atmosphere created after Peshawar carnage was losing steam. The purpose of this attack is none other than to force people to support the National (American) Action Plan. The people of Pakistan and the sincere officers of the armed forces must know that registration of mobile SIMS, giving weapons and training to teachers and placing snipers on roof tops of schools are not a solution to this problem. Rather, the root cause is the presence of an enemy like America and India in Pakistan. The Raheel-Nawaz regime can resolve this matter if they want to but for this they have to abandon their masters sitting in Washington and must erase every sign of US and its new favorite ally, India, in Pakistan who are the masterminds of these brutal attacks.
It is evident that the closer the Raheel-Nawaz regime gets to the US, the greater the wave of bomb blasts and attacks in Pakistan. Hizb ut-Tahrir wilayah Pakistan calls the Ummah to join the struggle of Hizb so that embassies of enemy states of US and India get closed, diplomats and intelligence personal expelled and Raymond Davis network dismantled. Hizb also calls the sincere in the armed forces to cleanse their own rank and file from traitors. And this will only happen when Nussrah is provided to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah.

شکارپور بم دھماکے کو نیشنل (امریکی) ایکشن پلان کوآگے بڑھانے کے لئے استعمال کیا جائے گا
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ، صوبہ سندھ کے شہر شکارپور کی مسجد میں ہونے والے بم دھماکے کی پُرزور مذمت کرتی ہے اور جاں بحق ہونے والوں کی مغفرت، بلند درجات اور ان کے لواحقین کے لئے صبر جمیل کی دعا کرتی ہے۔
پشاور اسکول حملے کو گزرے تقریباً 44 روز ہی گزرے تھے کہ پاکستان کے مسلمانوں پر ایک اور قیامت گر پڑی۔ پشاور میں حملہ اسکول پر کیا گیا جہاں فرشتوں جیسی معصومیت رکھنے والے بچوں کا قتلِ عام ہوا تو اب شکارپور میں اللہ کے گھر میں حملہ کروایا گیا۔ انتہائی بدقسمتی کی بات یہ ہے کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت نے اب تک ان بم دھماکوں اور قاتلانہ حملوں کی منصوبہ بندی اور ان پر عمل کروانے والے ماسٹر مائنڈ امریکہ اور اس کے اتحادی بھارت کے خلاف کوئی قدم نہیں اٹھایا بلکہ ان حملوں کو جواز بنا کر ، نیشنل ایکشن پلان، جو کہ درحقیقت امریکی ایکشن پلان ہے، کے نام پر قبائلی علاقوں اور پورے ملک میں ان مجاہدین کو نشانہ بنانا شروع کردیا جو افغانستان سے امریکی قبضے اور اس کی قائم کی ہوئی کٹھ پتلی حکومت کے خلاف جہاد کررہے ہیں یا ان لوگوں کو نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے جو اس ملک پاکستان میں سیاسی وفکری جدوجہد کے ذریعے اسلام کےنفاذ کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ ایک طرف راحیل-نواز حکومت کے میڈیا میں موجود چیلےعوام کو یہ باور کرارہے ہیں کہ ملک میں بدامنی کے پیچھے بھارت کا ہاتھ ہے جو افغانستان کی سرزمین کو پاکستان کے خلاف خفیہ جنگ کے لئے استعمال کررہا ہے لیکن جس امریکہ کی حمایت اور مدد کے بل بوتے پر بھارت پاکستان کے خلاف یہ خونی کاروائیاں کررہا ہے اس کے خلاف راحیل-نواز حکومت کوئی ایکشن نہیں لیتی۔
یہ محض اتفاق نہیں کہ پچھلے چند دنوں سے راحیل-نواز حکومت کے چیلوں نے میڈیا میں یہ واویلا کرنا شروع کر رکھا تھا کہ پشاور حملے کے بعد بننے والی فضاء میں کمی آتی جارہی ہے اور اس کے ساتھ ہی شکارپور کی مسجد میں بم دھماکہ ہوجاتا ہے۔ اس حملے کا مقصد اس بات کے سوا کچھ نہیں کہ عوام کو نیشنل (امریکی) ایکشن پلان کی حمایت کرنے پر مجبور کیا جائے۔ پاکستان کے عوام اور فوج کے مخلص افسران کو جان لینا چاہیے کہ موبائل سموں کی رجسٹریشن، اسکول کے اساتذہ کو اسلحے کی فراہمی اور تربیت، اسکول کی چھتوں پر نشانچیوں کی تعیناتی اس مسئلے کا حل قطعاً نہیں ہیں بلکہ اس مسئلے کی جڑ پاکستان میں امریکہ اور بھارت جیسے دشمنوں کی موجودگی ہے۔ راحیل- نواز حکومت اگر چاہے تو یہ مسئلہ فوری حل ہوسکتا ہے لیکن اس کے لئے انہیں اپنے قبلہ واشنگٹن کو خیر باد کہنا ہوگا اور ملک سے امریکہ اور اس کی نئی دریافت شدہ محبت، بھارت، کی موجودگی کے ہر اُس نشان کو مٹادینا ہوگا جو اس قسم کے خوفناک درندگی سے بھر پور حملوں کے ماسٹر مائینڈ ہیں۔
راحیل-نواز حکومت جتنا امریکہ سے قریب ہوتی ہے پاکستان میں بد امنی اور قتل غارت گری اتنی ہی بڑھ جاتی ہے۔ حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ، امت کو پکارتی ہے کہ وہ پاکستان کے دشمن امریکہ اور بھارت کے سفارت خانے بند ، ان کے سفارت کاروں اور انٹیلی جنس اہلکاروں کو ملک بدر اور ملک سے ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کےخاتمے کے لئے حزب کی جدوجہدمیں شریک ہو جائیں۔ حزب افواج پاکستان کے مخلص افسران کو بھی پکارتی ہے کہ وہ حرکت میں آئیں اور سیاسی و فوجی قیادت کو غداروں سے پاک کردیں۔ اور ایسا صرف اسی وقت ہوگا جب خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں گے۔
