Advocate of the Khilafah Engineer Muhammad Owais Must Be Freed Immediately
Today, 18th September, the family of Muhammad Owais, caller of Khilafah, along their lawyer, held a Press Conference at Karachi Press Club. They stated that Muhammad Owais is an electronic engineer and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). On Friday, 11th September 2015, he left his house at 10:00 am but after Jummah prayers, the family lost contact with him. The family went to Masjid-e-Ibraheem, DHA Phase 4, which is near his office and the people in the vicinity informed them that a person was arrested by plain clothed security agencies' personnel, accompanied by uniformed police. After this information, the family went to Police Station Gizri nearby, however the police refused to give any information regarding Owais. After this, the family sought help from the Police Help Line 15, but they were not even issued a complaint number! The police claimed that that they have no information regarding his whereabouts, even though an entire week has elapsed. So today the family filed a writ petition in Sindh High Court, Karachi Bench, for his recovery. The family appealed to the media that it must expose how the rulers are using the Nation Action Plan as a cover to abduct capable and sincere Muslims, rather than presenting them before courts. They asked as to how it is now a crime to lead a life according to Islam and work for the return of the Khilafah in a state that was established in the name of Islam. They said Muhammad Owais is a much respected man with an upstanding, unblemished character and demanded that the judiciary ensure his recovery.
Since the time of General Musharraf, subsequent governments have continued the practice of arresting, torturing and abducting the shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir in a doomed to failure effort to suppress the call for the Khilafah. Despite the regime's lowly tactics, this blessed Dawah for the implementation of the Deen of Allah (swt) has reached every segment of society and at every level, with the people embracing it strongly and growing in admiration of the Hizb's brave stance in the face of the regime's tyranny. Moreover, the current Raheel-Nawaz regime is pursuing the failed path of the previous regimes, which earned them the wrath of the people and exposed their weakness, as its resorting to force has exposed its inability to answer the political and intellectual struggle of the Hizb.
Hizb ut-Tahrir demands that the very least the current regime can do is step aside to make way for the establishment of Khilafah, removing any obstacles in front of the Hizb including the release of the advocates of the Khilafah from imprisonment or abduction. And Hizb assure the traitors in Pakistan's military and political leadership that their efforts to stop the establishment of Khilafah are failing and will only earn them a severe punishment in Hereafter.

انجینئرمحمد اویس کے اغوا کے حوالے سے پریس کانفرنس
خلافت کے داعی انجینئرمحمد اویس کو فوری رہا کیا جائے
خلافت کے داعی محمد اویس کے خاندان نے اپنے وکیل کے ہمراہ آج کراچی پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرنس منعقد کی۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ محمد اویس ایک الیکٹرانک انجینئر ہیں اور اس کے ساتھ بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن میں ماسٹر کی ڈگری کے حامل بھی ہیں۔ 11 ستمبر 2015 بروز جمعہ وہ صبح دس بجے اپنے آفس جانے کے لئے گھر سے نکلے لیکن نماز جمعہ کے بعد سے ان سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہو پایا۔ ان کو ڈھونڈتے ہوئے ان کے آفس کے پاس مسجدابراھیم، ڈی۔ایچ۔اے فیز 4 پہنچے جہاں آس پاس کے لوگوں نے یہ بتایا کہ نماز جمعہ کے بعد سادہ لباس میں ملبوس چند سیکیورٹی ایجنسیوں کے اہلکاروں نے وردی میں ملبوس پولیس کی مدد سے ایک شخص کو گرفتار کیا تھا۔ یہ معلومات ملنے کے بعد جب ہم گزری تھانے پہنچے تو انہوں نے اویس کے متعلق کسی بھی قسم کی معلومات دینے سے انکار کر دیا۔ اس کے بعد پولیس ہلپ لائن 15 سے بھی مدد لینے کی کوشش کی گئی لیکن انہوں نے بھی کوئی کمپلین نمبر نہیں دیا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایک ہفتہ گزر جانے کے باوجود محمد اویس کے متعلق کوئی معلومات میسر نہیں اور آج ان کی بازیابی کے لئے سندھ ہائی کورٹ کی کراچی بنچ میں رٹ دائر کی گئی ہے۔ انہوں نے میڈیا سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ اس معاملے کو عوام کے سامنے پیش کریں کہ کس طرح حکمران نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے نام پر انتہائی پڑھے لکھے مخلص مسلمانوں کو اغوا کر رہی ہے اور پھر انہیں کسی عدالت میں بھی پیش نہیں کیا جاتا۔ انہوں نے سوال کیا کہ اسلام کے مطابق زندگی گزارنے اور پوری امت کو اس کی جانب دعوت دینا اسلام کے نام پر بننے والے ملک میں گناہ ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ محمد اویس ایک انتہائی شریف النفس انسان ہیں جن کا ماضی بے داغ ہے۔ انہوں نے عدلیہ سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ ان کی بازیابی کو یقینی بنائے۔
جنرل مشرف سے اب تک آنے والی تمام حکومتوں نے پاکستان میں اسلام اور خلافت کی پکار کو دبانے کے لئے حزب التحریر کے شباب کی گرفتاریوں، تشدد اور اغوا کے سلسلے کو جاری رکھا ہے جس کا ناکام ہونا یقینی ہے۔ لیکن اس سب کے باوجود اللہ کی یہ دعوت اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ہی کی مدد سے پاکستان کے ہر طبقہ فکر تک نہ صرف پہنچ چکی ہے بلکہ وہ اس کو قبول کر رہے ہیں اور وہ جابر حکومت کے خلاف حزب التحریر کے شباب کی استقامت اور بہادری سے بھر پور جدوجہد کو انتہائی تعریف سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ موجودہ راحیل-نواز حکومت بھی اپنے پیشروں کی سنت پر عمل کر رہی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں لوگوں کے غصے کا سامنا کر رہی ہے اور ان کی کمزوری واضح ہو گئی ہے کیونکہ اسی وجہ سے وہ حزب کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کا جواب دینے سے قاصر ہونے کے بعد طاقت کے استعمال پر اتر آئی ہے۔
حزب التحریر موجودہ حکومت کو مشورہ دیتی ہے کہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کی راہ میں روکاوٹیں کھڑی کرنے سے باز آجائے اور خلافت کے داعیوں کو رہا کر دے۔ اور حزب سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو یقین دلاتی ہے کہ خلافت کے قیام کو روکنے کی ان کی ہر کوشش ناکام ہو رہی ہے اور آخرت میں ان کے لئے سخت عذاب کا باعث بن رہی ہے۔
وَيَأْبَىٰ ٱللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ
"مگر اللہ اپنے نور کو مکمل کیے بغیر ماننے والا نہیں"
