No Matter How Many Advocates of the Khilafah are Abducted, the Dawn of Khilafah is Imminent
On 27th October 2015, yet another advocate of the Khilafah, Engineer Saham was abducted by the thugs of Raheel-Nawaz regime in Karachi. Engineer Saham was abducted whist on his to his office after dropping his six year old son at school. The Raheel-Nawaz regime's war against the political struggle for the Khilafah has so far resulted in the fifth such abduction in Karachi. Previously, in Karachi advocates of the Khilafah were abducted and only released after several months of severe torture, whilst none of them was produced in any court, under any allegation. This is an open proof of the political and intellectual bankruptcy of the current regime. After miserably failing to answer the political and intellectual struggle for the Khilafah in Pakistan, the regime has resorted to lowly tactics, kidnapping highly educated and respected members of our society who advocate the return of the Khilafah.
The Raheel-Nawaz regime is blind and senseless through complete slavery to America. Pursuing its master's orders, in the form of the National Action Plan, the regime has trampled over rule of law, judicial procedure and ethical conduct. It has become a rule of force, playing the same role as Abu Jahal and the other leaders of Quraysh, to prevent the rise of Islam as a state. However, in case the Raheel-Nawaz regime has made itself forget, we remind it that Allah (swt) perfected His Light and disgraced Abu Jahal in this world, and inshaAllah its fate will be similar.
How blind and senseless the Raheel-Nawaz regime is, when despite the promise of Allah (swt) and the glad-tidings of RasulAllah (saaw), the traitors are fighting the return of the Khilafah, when this fight will only end in their humiliation in this world and severe punishment in the Aakhira. How blind and senseless the Raheel-Nawaz regime is, when despite knowing from the history of the Muslims of Central Asia, who did not abandon Islam despite the Soviet Union's seven decades long tyranny, the traitors still seek to erase the love of Islam from the Muslims whose magnificent history and very existence is due to the Khilafah. How blind and senseless the Raheel-Nawaz regime is, when despite knowing that in the six decades of Hizb ut-Tahrir’s history, no tyrant could ever stop the spread of its call to Islam, the traitors are still trying to do so in Pakistan, a state which was created in the name of Islam. How blind and senseless the Raheel-Nawaz regime is, that it still depends on America when it is known to quickly abandon its agents when they become useless. Moreover, can any power on earth be worthy of depending upon, when no power can secure anyone from the wrath of Allah (swt)? Allah (swt) said,
وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُ مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ
“And do not think Allah to be heedless of what the unjust do; He only respites them to a day on which the eyes shall be fixedly open, Hastening forward, their heads upraised, their eyes not reverting to them and their hearts vacant.” (Ibraheem: 42-43)
Hizb ut-Tahrir and its Shabab have never been afraid of any tyrant, nor will they ever be InshaAllah. And the Khilafah will be established as Allah (swt) wills, no matter how much America, its agent rulers and their thugs oppose it. RasulAllah (saaw) said,
ثم تکون خلافۃ علیٰ منہاج النبوۃ
“Then there will be Khilafah on the method of Prophethood” (Ahmed)

چاہے کتنے ہی خلافت کے داعیوں کو اغوا کر لیا جائے خلافت کا قیام ہو کر ہی رہے گا
کل بروز منگل، 27 اکتوبر 2015 کو کراچی میں ایک اور خلافت کے داعی انجینئر سہام کو راحیل-نواز حکومت کے سرکاری غنڈوں نے اغوا کر لیا۔ انجینئر سہام کو اس وقت اغوا کیا گیا جب وہ اپنے چھ سالہ بیٹے کو اسکول چھوڑ کر اپنے دفتر جا رہے تھے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کی جانب سے خلافت کی سیاسی جدوجہد کے خلاف جنگ کے نتیجے میں صرف کراچی میں خلافت کے کسی داعی کے اغوا کا یہ پانچواں واقع ہے۔ اس سے قبل بھی کراچی میں اغوا کیے گئے خلافت کے داعیوں کو کئی کئی ماہ بد ترین تشدد کا نشانہ بنا کر چھوڑ دیا گیا تھا لیکن ان میں سےکسی کو بھی کوئی الزام لگا کر کسی عدالت میں پیش نہیں کیا گیا تھا۔ اور یہ بات موجودہ حکومت کی سیاسی و فکری دیوالیہ پن کا کھلا ثبوت ہے کہ وہ پاکستان میں خلافت کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کا سیاسی و فکری جواب دینے سے مکمل ناکام ہونے کے بعد اس دعوت سے منسلک انتہائی پڑھے لکھے اور معزز گھرانوں سے تعلق رکھنے افراد کے خلاف اغوا اور تشدد جیسے گھٹیا ہتکنڈوں کے استعمال پر اتر آئی ہے۔
در حقیقت راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکی غلامی اور اس کے حکم، نیشنل ایکشن پلان جو امریکی ایشن پلان ہے، کی اطاعت میں اس قدر اندھی ہو چکی ہے کہ قانون، ضابطے یا اخلاق کو بالائے طاق رکھتے ہوئے اسلام کی ایک بار پھر ریاست کی صورت میں واپسی کو روکنے کے لئے وہی کردار ادا کر رہی ہے جو ابوجہل اور قریش کےدیگر سرداروں نے ادا کیا تھا۔ لیکن راحیل-نواز حکومت اگر بھول گئی ہے تو ہم اسے یاد کرا دیتے ہیں کہ جس طرح ابوجہل کا انجام اس دنیا میں بھیانک ہوا تھا اور اللہ نے اپنے نور کو پورا کیا تھا ویسے ہی تمہارا انجام بھی ہو گا۔
راحیل-نواز حکومت کس قدر اندھی اور پاگل ہوچکی ہے جو خلافت کی واپسی کے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے وعدے اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کی بشارت کے باوجود اس کی واپسی کو روکنے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہی ہے اور اپنی دنیا کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنی آخرت کے انجام کو بھیانک شکل خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے دے رہی ہے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس قدر اندھی اور پاگل ہوچکی ہے کہ اس حقیقت کو جاننے کے باوجود کہ اگر سابق سوویت یونین اپنے ستر سالہ بدترین جبر کے باوجود مسلمانوں کے دلوں سے اسلام کو نکال نہیں سکا تھا تو وہ کس طرح مسلمانوں کے دلوں سے خلافت کی محبت کو نکال سکے گی جبکہ مسلمانوں کی پوری تاریخ اور وجود خلافت ہی کی وجہ سے ہے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس قدر اندھی اور پاگل ہوچکی ہے کہ حزب التحریر کی باسٹھ (62) سالہ تاریخ جاننے کے باوجود کہ آج تک ظالم سے ظالم حکومت بھی حزب اور اس کی جانب سے اسلام کی دعوت کو مسلم دنیا میں پھیلنے سے روک نہیں سکی تو وہ پاکستان میں اس دعوت کو کیسے روک سکتی ہے جو بنا ہی اسلام کے نام پر ہے۔ اور راحیل-نواز حکومت کس قدر اندھی اور پاگل ہوچکی ہے جو اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کو چھوڑ کر کافر امریکہ پر انحصار کر رہی ہے جو اپنا کام پورا ہو جانے کے بعد نا تو اس دنیا میں اس کے کام آئے گا اور آخرت میں اللہ کے عذاب سے اسے امریکہ کیا کوئی بھی نہیں بچا سکے گا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں،
وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُ مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ
"اور یہ خیال مت کرنا کہ ظالم جو عمل کر رہے ہیں اللہ ان سے بے خبر ہے۔ وہ ان کو اس دن تک مہلت دے رہا ہے جب آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی اور (لوگ) سر اوپر اٹھائے دوڑ رہے ہوں گے، خود اپنی طرف بھی ان کی نگاہیں لوٹ نہ سکیں گی اور ان کے دل (خوف کے مارے) ہوا ہو رہے ہوں گے"
(ابراہیم:43-42)
حزب التحریر اور اس کے شباب آج تک نہ کسی ظالم و جابر سے گھبرائیں ہیں اور نہ گھبرائیں گے، انشاء اللہ۔ اور خلافت تو ہر صورت قائم ہو کر ہی رہے گے چاہے امریکہ، اس کے یہ غدار ایجنٹ حکمران اور غنڈےکتنا ہی زور لگالیں۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا،
ثم تکون خلافۃ علیٰ منہاج النوۃ
"اور پھر نبوت کے نقش قدم پر خلافت ہو گی"
