Protection of Pakistan Act is a Cover to Criminalize Work for the Return of the Khilafah
The families of the advocates of the Khilafah arrested under the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA), along with their lawyer, held a press conference at Lahore Press Club. They highlighted the criminal policy of the regime, the National Action Plan, through which the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA) is used to oppress those politicians undertaking political struggle for the implementation of Islam, by establishing the Khilafah. They stated that under this black law, in Lahore alone, many political workers and politicians working for the establishment of Islam have been arrested. Some amongst those arrested people have spent more than eight months in jail. Yet, during this long period, neither has the government taken any serious steps to try these people, nor has the judiciary granted any relief, in the form of bail.
They told the media that after the promulgation of the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA), the government did not establish courts under this law for many months. Then even after many months, the judiciary has not heard a single case so far. This situation is the same throughout the country, where thousands of people have been thrown in jails. Yet, the government has not appointed judges to hear cases under the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA). During the hearing of a bail application under the Protection of Pakistan Act (POPA) in Lahore High Court, the judge appointed under POPA was called and asked why he has not started work so far. The POPA judge pleaded that he has still not been provided the required staff and security, or even an office, so he cannot work under such circumstances. The statement of the POPA judge in LHC exposed the criminal stance of the government. The government knows that it has no evidence against the advocates of the Khilafah, so the government is applying delay tactics to keep sincere politicians behind bars as much as possible, in order to break their resolve in struggling and sacrificing for the establishment of Khilafah.
The families further stated that the role of the government is condemnable, but even the judiciary did not provide any relief to these people, who have no previous criminal record, are highly educated or belong to business or working class families, in cases where the malicious intent of the government is obvious to all.
Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan condemns the continuing persecution of those undertaking political struggle for the establishment of Khilafah in Pakistan. The use of this black law against the political workers and politicians is evidence that the National Action Plan is in fact an “American Action Plan” to silence the voices calling for the implementation of Islam. The current rulers have no word of truth against these politicians who declare the secular democratic system as a failure and Kufr, whilst presenting Islam as an alternative, complete way of life. Hizb ut-Tahrir makes it clear to the rulers of Pakistan, and those who assist them in their treachery against Islam and its Ummah, that despite the hurdles they create, Allah (swt) will definitely make dominant His deen.
يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِئُواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَىٰ ٱللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ

تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کو اسلام کے نفاذ کی سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والوں کے خلاف استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے
لاہور شہر میں تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کے تحت گرفتار خلافت کے درجنوں داعیان کے خاندانوں نے اپنے وکیل کے ہمراہ لاہور پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرنس منعقد کی۔ انہوں نے حکمرانوں کی مجرمانہ پالیسی یعنی نیشنل ایکشن پلان پر روشنی ڈالی جس کے تحت تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کو پاکستان میں اسلام کے نفاذ اور خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والوں کے خلاف استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ اس کالے قانون کے تحت صرف لاہور میں خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والے درجنوں سیاسی کارکنوں اور رہنماوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا۔ ان گرفتار لوگوں میں سے کئی لوگ آٹھ مہینے سے زائد کا عرصہ جیل میں گزار چکے ہیں اور اس دوران نہ تو حکومت نے ان پر مقدمہ چلانے میں کوئی سنجیدہ پیش رفت کی اور نہ ہی انہیں عدلیہ نے ضمانت کی صورت میں کوئی ریلیف فراہم کی ہے۔
انہوں نے میڈیا کو بتایا کہ پہلے تو کئی مہینے تحفظ پاکستان کے ایکٹ کے تحت عدالتوں کا قیام ہی عمل میں نہیں لایا گیا اور کئی مہینے گزر جانے کے بعد محض ایک جج کو نامزد کیا گیا اور وہ بھی آج کے دن تک ایک بھی مقدمے کی سماعت شروع نہیں کرسکے۔ یہی صورتحال پاکستان بھر کی ہے جہاں ہزاروں لوگوں کو اس ایکٹ کے تحت جیلوں میں ڈال دیا گیا ہے لیکن مقدمات چلانا تو دور کی بات حکومت کی جانب سے جج تک نامزد نہیں کیے جا رہے۔ زیر سماعت ضمانت کی ایک درخواست کی سماعت کے دوران جب لاہور ہائی کورٹ نے تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کے تحت نامزد جج کو طلب کر کے پوچھا کہ اب تک انہوں نے مقدمات کی سماعت کیوں شروع نہیں کی تو فاضل جج نے کہا کہ ان کو اب تک عملہ اور سیکیوریٹی ہی فراہم نہیں کی گئی کہ وہ اپنا کام شروع کرسکے۔ تحفظ پاکستان ایکٹ کے تحت نامزد جج کا لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں یہ بیان اس حقیقت کو واضع کر دیتا ہے کہ حکومت جانتی ہے کہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والوں کے خلاف عدالتوں میں کچھ بھی ثابت نہیں کرسکتی لہٰذا وہ تاخیری حربے استعمال کر کے ان کو زیادہ سے زیادہ عرصے تک پابند سلاسل رکھ کر ان کے سیاسی ارادوں کو توڑنا چاہتی ہے۔
انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ حکومت کا رویہ تو جو ہے سو ہے لیکن لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے سامنے حکومت کی بدنیتی ثابت ہو جانے کے بعد بھی ان لوگوں کو ضمانت فراہم نہیں کی گئی جن کا کوئی مجرمانہ ریکارڈ نہیں ہے اور یہ سب لوگ پڑھے لکھے، شریف، کاروباری یا ملازمت پیشہ خاندانوں سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان ان لوگوں کے خلاف مسلسل ہونے والےظلم و ستم کی مذمت کرتی ہے جو پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی جدوجہد کر رہے ہیں۔ حکمرانوں کی جانب سے بنائے گئے کالے قوانین کو سیاسی جدوجہد کرنے والے سیاسی کارکنان کے خلاف استعمال کرنا اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ نیشنل ایکشن پلان درحقیقت امریکی ایکشن پلان ہے جس کا مقصد پاکستان میں اسلام اور اس کے نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرنے والوں کا گلا گھونٹا ہے۔ حکمرانوں کے پاس ان لوگوں کی دعوت کا کوئی جواب نہیں جو پاکستان میں سیکولر جمہوری نظام کو ناکام اور کفریہ قرار دیتے ہیں اور اسلام کو ایک متبادل مکمل ضابطہ حیات کے طور پر امت کے سامنے پیش کرتے ہیں۔ حزب التحریر پاکستان کے حکمرانوں اور اسلام اور اس کی امت کے خلاف ان کی غداری میں ان کا ساتھ دینے والوں کو بتا دینا چاہتی ہے کہ وہ چاہے کچھ بھی کرلیں اللہ اپنے دین کو غالب کر کے ہی رہیں گے۔

"یہ لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے نور کو اپنی پھونکوں سے بجھا دیں مگر اللہ اپنے نور کو مکمل کیے بغیر ماننے والا نہیں"
