Nawaz Sharif's US Visit
No Co-operation and Alliance with America, an Enemy of Islam and Muslims
On 23 October 2015, a meeting was held in Washington between the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the US President. A declaration issued after the meeting confirmed that the Raheel-Nawaz regime is following the footsteps of previous rulers and further strengthening Pakistan’s slavery to America. In the declaration, it was stated that “both leaders renewed their resolve to counter all forms of ‘extremism’ and ‘terrorism’”. It is known by every sincere Muslim that America and its agent rulers in the Muslim World declare those people as “extremist” who call for the implementation of Islam, and call “terrorist” those who fight against Kuffar occupiers.
The visits to America started with the tour of DG-ISI and it will end with the tour of the army chief of Pakistan, Raheel Sharif. It is shameful and a source of anger for the people of Pakistan and its magnificent armed forces, that the armed forces' intelligence head, Prime Minister and Army Chief of a nuclear state, all visit America one after another to assure America that in order to maintain her domination in the region, they will wage war in the name of fighting "terrorism" and "extremism" and force the Afghan resistance to accept an American brokered political settlement for Afghanistan, as well as silence the voices of those who call for the implementation of Islam in Pakistan. How can the Raheel-Nawaz regime make an alliance with America, an enemy state, which provides support to the Jewish entity and Hindu state to maintain their respective occupations over Palestine and Kashmir? How can the Raheel-Nawaz regime make an alliance with America, who has reduced a daughter of Pakistan, Afia Siddiqui, to a living corpse? How can the Raheel-Nawaz regime make an alliance with America, when it has provided India a foothold in Afghanistan to destabilize Pakistan through terrorist activities? How can the Raheel-Nawaz regime make an alliance with America, an enemy of Pakistan’s full nuclear capability? And above all, how can the Raheel-Nawaz regime make an alliance with America which supports the insult of RasulAllah (saaw) in the name of freedom of expression? Have the traitors in the military and political leadership even considered as to how they will seek the intercession of RasulAllah (saaw) on the Day of Judgment, when in this world they made friendship with those who justified the insulting of RasulAllah (saaw), with their hands drenched with the blood of hundreds of thousands of Muslims?
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
“O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.”
(Al-Maida: 51).
Hizb ut-Tahrir clarifies before the Muslims of Pakistan that almost seventy years of Pakistan's history establishes the fact that no matter whether the ruler is democratic or dictatorial, all of them always threw asides the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) and bowed in front of the enemy of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), America, and exploited the strength of Pakistan and its armed forces to secure American interests. This situation can only be changed when the sincere in the armed forces extend Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah, in order to fulfil the command of Allah (swt) and the prediction of His Messenger (saaw). Only then will the Khilafah bring together the whole Ummah as a single entity under the banner of the Kalima and move to liberate Kashmir and Palestine, as well as the people of the world from American tyranny and arrogance.

نواز شریف کا دورہ امریکہ
اسلام اور مسلمانوں کے دشمن امریکہ سے تعاون و اتحاد نہیں ہوسکتا
کل واشنگٹن میں پاکستان کے وزیر اعظم اور امریکی صدر اوبامہ کے درمیان ملاقات ہوئی جس کے بعد جاری ہونے والے اعلامیہ نے ایک بار پھر یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ راحیل-نواز حکومت بھی اپنے پیشرو حکمرانوں کے نقش قدم پر چل رہی ہے اور پاکستان کے گلے میں پڑے امریکی غلامی کے طوق کو مزید مضبوط کر رہی ہے۔ اعلامیہ میں یہ کہا گیا کہ "دونوں رہنماوں نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ 'انتہاپسندی' اور 'دہشت گردی' کی ہر شکل کو روکا جائے گا"۔ یہ بات ہر مخلص مسلمان جانتا ہے کہ امریکہ اور مسلم دنیا میں اس کے ایجنٹ حکمران اسلام کے نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرنے والوں کو "انتہا پسند" اور قابض کفار کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والوں کو "دہشت گرد" قرار دیتے ہیں۔
امریکہ کے دورے کی ابتداء آئی۔ایس۔آئی کے سربراہ کے دورے سے ہوئی اور اس کا اختتام پاکستان کے آرمی چیف راحیل شریف کے دورہ امریکہ سے ہوگا۔ پاکستان کے عوام اور اس کے عظیم افواج کے لئے یہ ایک انتہائی شرم اور غم و غصہ کا مقام ہے کہ ایٹمی پاکستان کا انٹلیجنس جنس چیف، وزیر اعظم اور آرمی چیف آگے پیچھے امریکہ کا دورہ کرتے ہیں اور امریکہ کو اس بات کی یقین دہانی کرا رہے ہیں کہ وہ خطے میں امریکہ کی بالادستی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لئے دہشت گردی اور انتہاپسندی کے خلاف جنگ کے نام پر افغان مزاحمت کاروں کو امریکی سیاسی حل کو ماننے پر مجبور کریں گے اور پاکستان میں اسلام کے نفاذ کا مطالبہ کرنے والوں کی آواز کو ان کے گلے میں ہی گھونٹ دیں گے۔ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس طرح امریکہ جیسے دشمن سے تعاون و اتحاد کرسکتی ہے جو فلسطین و کشمیر پر یہودی وجود اور ہندو ریاست کی بالادستی کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ان کی حمایت و معاونت کرتا ہے؟ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس طرح امریکہ سے تعاون و اتحاد کرسکتی ہے جس نے قوم کی بیٹی عافیہ صدیقی کو زندہ درگو کر دیا ہے؟ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس طرح امریکہ سے تعاون و اتحاد کر سکتی ہے جس نے بھارت کو افغانستان میں قدم جمانے اور پاکستان کے خلاف تخریبی کاروائیاں کرنے کی اجازت دی؟ راحیل-نواز حکومت کس طرح امریکہ سے تعاون و اتحاد کرسکتی ہے جو پاکستان کے ایٹمی پروگرام کا دشمن ہے؟ اور سب سے بڑھ کر راحیل-نواز حکومت کس طرح امریکہ سے تعاون و اتحاد کرسکتی ہے جو آزادیِ رائے کے نام پر توہین رسالت کی حمایت کرتی ہے؟ کیا سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے یہ سوچا ہے کہ وہ روز قیامت رسول اللہ ﷺ سے ان کی شفاعت کا مطالبہ کیسے کر سکیں گے جبکہ دنیا میں انہوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی توہین کی حمایت کرنے والوں اور ان کے لاکھوں امتیوں کے قاتل امریکہ سے دوستی کی اور اس پر فخر کرتے رہے؟
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاءَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
"اے ایمان والو! تم یہود و نصاری کو دوست نہ بناؤ یہ تو آپس میں ہی ایک دوسرے کے دوست ہیں۔ تم میں سے جو بھی ان میں سے کسی سے دوستی کرے وہ بے شک انہی میں سے ہے۔ ظالموں کو اللہ تعالیٰ ہر گز راہ راست نہیں دیکھاتا"
(المائدہ:51)
حزب التحریر پاکستان کے مسلمانوں پر واضح کر دینا چاہتی ہے کہ پاکستان کی تقریباً ستر سالہ تاریخ یہ ثابت کرتی ہے کہ جمہوری حکمران ہو یا فوجی حکمران سب نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے حکم کو پس پشت ڈال کر اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے دشمن امریکہ کے سامنے سجدہ ریز ہوتے رہے ہیں اور پاکستان اور اس کی عظیم افواج کی قوت و صلاحیت کو امریکہ کے مفادات پر ہمیشہ قربان کیا ہے۔ یہ صورتحال صرف اسی صورت تبدیل ہوسکتی ہے جب افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران اللہ کے حکم اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت یعنی خلافت کے قیام کو پورا کرنے کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ دیں۔ پھر خلافت پوری امت مسلمہ کو ایک کلمے والے جھنڈے تلے وحدت بخشے گی، کشمیر و فلسطین کو آزاد کرائے گی اور امریکی غرور و تکبر سے پوری انسانیت کو نجات دلائے گی۔
