Judicial oppression of Raheel-Nawaz regime against Hizb
Arrests and Long Imprisonment will not Prevent the Establishment of Khilafah
After delaying court hearings for 3 months without any valid reason, the Lahore High Court bench has yesterday, 31 March 2015, rejected the bail applications of 12 shabab of Hizb. These shabab were arrested on 5 December 2014 from an Islamic dars gathering in Gulberg, Lahore. The Raheel-Nawaz regime utilises the British imperialist judicial system in Pakistan in attempts to prevent Hizb and its shabab from working for the reestablishment of the Khilafah. This system allows innocent people being imprisoned for years without the presentation of any evidence against them or any crime being proven.
These individuals have been imprisoned for the last four months without any prosecution starting or bail being granted. When after postponing the hearing dates for three whole months, the bench sought evidence from the prosecutors for the allegations against the accused; literature of Hizb present in the dars was forwarded. However, the bench rejected the bail application without even examining any of the presented literature. All of Hizb's literature, which discusses and presents the Islamic aqidah and systems of life, is based solely on the Qur'an and Sunnah. The claim that this literature foments hatred, sectarianism or "terrorism" is a baseless allegation that stands unproven till today.
The twelve imprisoned shabab are highly-educated individuals from respected families. They are models in society who on the one hand benefit society by their intellectual and business abilities and on the other exert effort and sacrifice for the establishment of the Khilafah on the method of the Prophet (saw) through intellectual and political work. The establishment of the Khilafah is an obligation on the entire Ummah and the means by which the Ummah will rescue herself from the humiliating mess she is in to restore her honour and status.
The Raheel-Nawaz regime should know that no attempt of its can prevent the establishment of the Khilafah because it is the promise of Allah and His Messenger (saw) and their promise is true. Anyone who tries to prevent their promise or support oppressors who try to do so are in fact the wretched ones! Hizb reminds you only to complete the proof against you, so that all those who try to prevent this promise and oppress those working to fulfill this promise or support oppressors know well that when the Khilafah is established they will be from among the losers. Worse, when they stand before Allah on the Day of Judgment their loss will be incomparably greater!
Hizb and its members will continue to exert all effort to establish the Khilafah and it will be established by the hukm of Allah. We say to the oppressors and those who support them: exert all your effort and we too, relying on Allah alone, will exert our effort. We will never turn away from working for the deen of Allah, by His leave.

حزب التحریرکے خلاف راحیل-نواز حکومت کا عدالتی جبر
گرفتاریاں اور طویل قیدو بند خلافت کے قیام کو روک نہیں سکتیں
منگل 31 مارچ 2015 کو لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے بینچ نے تین ماہ تک تاریخوں پر تاریخیں دیتے رہنے کے بعد حزب التحریر کے 12 شباب کی درخواست ضمانت مسترد کردی۔ ان بارہ شباب کو 5 دسمبر 2014 کے دن لاہور گلبرگ سے ایک اسلامی درس کی محفل سے گرفتار کیا گیا تھا۔
راحیل-نواز حکومت حزب التحریر اور اس کے شباب کو خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد سے روکنے کے لئے برطانوی سامراجی عدالتی نظام کا سہارا لے رہی ہے۔ یہ نظام بنا ثبوت اور جرم کو ثابت کیے بغیر بے گناہ اور معصوم لوگوں کو سالوں قید میں بند رکھنے کا قانونی جواز فراہم کرتا ہے۔ چار ماہ سے گرفتار ان افراد کے خلاف نہ تو مقدمہ شروع کیا گیا ہے اور نا ہی انہیں ضمانت فراہم کی جارہی ہے۔ تین ماہ تک تاریخیں دیتے رہنے کے بعد جب عدالتی بینچ نے استغاثہ سے مبینہ جرم کے حوالے سے ثبوت دیکھانے کا مطالبہ کیا تو اُس درس میں رکھی ہوئی حزب التحریر کی کتابیں پیش کی گئی لیکن بینچ نے ان کتابوں کو ایک نظر دیکھے بغیر ہی ضمانت کی درخواست مسترد کردی۔ حزب کی تمام کتابیں اسلام کے عقائد سے لے کر نظام ہائے زندگی تک صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت پر مبنی ہیں اور آج تک کوئی یہ ثابت نہیں کرسکا کہ ان کے پڑھنے اور پڑھانے سے اسلام کی نہیں بلکہ نفرت، فرقہ واریت یا دہشت گردی کی ترویج ہوتی ہے۔
یہ بارہ شباب معاشرے کے معزز خاندانوں سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔ یہ اعلٰی تعلیم یافتہ اور اس معاشرے کے نگینے ہیں جو ایک طرف اپنے تعلیمی و کاروباری صلاحیتوں سے معاشرے کو فائدہ پہنچاتے آرہے ہیں اور ساتھ ہی ساتھ خلافت کے قیام کے لئے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی سنت کی پیروی کرتے ہوئے سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کررہے ہیں جس کا قیام پوری امت پر فرض ہے اور جس کے ذریعے سے امت ذلت و رسوائی کی دلدل سے نکل کر ایک بار پھر عزت و مرتبے کے مقام پر فائص ہو گی۔
حزب التحریر راحیل-نواز حکومت کو بتا دینا چاہتی ہے کہ تمھاری کوئی کوشش خلافت کے قیام کو کسی صورت روک نہیں سکتی کیونکہ یہ اللہ اور اس کے رسولﷺ کا وعدہ ہے اور ان کا وعدہ سچا ہے۔ لہٰذا جو کوئی اس وعدے اور بشارت کو روکنے کی کوشش اور ظالموں کی معاونت کرتا ہے درحقیقت وہ انتہائی بدقسمت ہے۔ حزب التحریر یہ یاد دہانی کروا کر صرف حجت تمام کر رہی ہے کہ وہ تمام لوگ جو اس وعدے کو روکنے اور اس وعدے کی تکمیل کے لئے کام کرنے والوں پر ظلم کرتے ہیں اور ظالموں کی معاونت کرتے ہیں وہ یہ جان لیں کہ جب خلافت قائم ہو جائے گی تو وہ خسارہ پانے والوں میں سے ہوں گے اور جب وہ روز قیامت اپنے رب کے سامنے حاضر ہوں گے تو ان کا خسارہ تو اس دنیا کے خسارے سے بھی شدید ہوگا۔
لہٰذا حزب التحریر اور اس کے شباب پوری قوت سے خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کرتے رہیں گے اور اللہ کے حکم سے خلافت قائم ہو کر رہے گی۔ تو اے ظالموں اور ان کی معاونت کرنے والوں! تم اپنا زور لگا لو اور حزب التحریر اور اس کے شباب اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی ہی پر بھروسہ کرتے ہوئے اس جدوجہد سے کسی صورت تائب نہیں ہوں گے۔
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ
