North Waziristan Operation
It is a US demand to go after the Haqqani Network
On 26 June 2014, whilst giving a briefing to journalists regarding the military operation in North Waziristan, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa, said, “For the military, there will be no discrimination among Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) groups or Haqqani network, all terror groups are going to be eliminated.”
Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asks Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa why relations were kept with the Haqqani network for several decades and when did he did it suddenly dawn upon him that the Haqaani Network is a terrorist organization? When the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan, it was the Haqqani network and the Quetta Shura that led resistance against the Soviet occupation. The US wanted to humiliate her adversary, Russia, so she declared the Haqqani network and Quetta Shura as Mujaheedin and hosted a reception in honor of the Mujahideen at the White House. And so the agents of the US in Pakistan’s leadership followed the footsteps of their masters in Washington, declaring them heroes as well, allowing them sanctuary in North Waziristan. However, when the US itself invaded Afghanistan, she declared resistance against her occupation as terrorism. Then her agents in Pakistan declared Jihad against US occupation as terrorism and “good Taliban” as “bad Taliban.”
The sole purpose of military operations in North Waziristan is to crush the sincere resistance against the US occupation of Afghanistan. In order to secure this objective, US Deputy Secretary of State visited Pakistan on 9 May 2014 and ordered traitors in Pakistan’s political and military leadership to launch military operations in North Waziristan, against those groups who oppose the US occupation of Afghanistan. For this same objective, the US Congress linked aid for Pakistan with compliance of the US demand for military operations in North Waziristan and in order to achieve this objective the US provided the Coalition Support Fund (CSF), as reported by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US, Jalil Abbas Jilani.
Liberation of Muslim land from Kuffar occupation is Jihad and it is Allah’s command. However, the Raheel-Nawaz regime turned its face away from this command of Allah (swt) and instead decided to secure the occupation of the US crusaders in Afghanistan. It is burning the sacred blood of Pakistan’s military as fuel for this American crusader war, ordering officers to kill their own brothers. Allah (swt) declared Jihad against Kuffar as “Good,” but the Raheel-Nawaz regime declared it as “Bad,” and therefore invited Allah’s wrath upon it.
Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the sincere officers in the armed forces as to how long will they will remain inactive in the face of these treacheries. Hizb warns you that your inaction over these treacheries will invoke the wrath of Allah (swt) against you as well. Hizb ut-Tahrir informs you that in order to foil the plans of the Kuffar against the Muslims and have the privilege of waging Jihad under the leadership of a Rightly guided Khaleefah, you must act now and provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah. Allah (swt) says,
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ هَلْ أَدُلُّكمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَارَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ط تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ط يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ذٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
“O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. That you believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammadﷺ), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of 'Adn - Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success”.(Al-Saff:10-12)

حقانی نیٹ ورک کے خلاف کاروائی امریکی مطالبہ ہے
26 جون 2014 کو آئی۔ایس۔پی۔آر کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل، میجر جنرل عاصم سلیم باجوہ نے صحافیوں کو شمالی وزیرستان آپریشن پر بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ "آپریشن ہر طرح کے دہشت گردوں کے خلاف ہے۔۔۔حقانی نیٹ ورک ہو یا کوئی اور بلاتفریق کاروائی ہو گی"۔
حزب التحریر میجر جنرل عاصم سلیم باجوہ سے سوال کرتی ہے کہ کئی دہائیوں تک حقانی نیٹ ورک سے تعلقات کیوں قائم رکھے گئے اور انہیں اس بات کا علم کب ہوا کہ حقانی نیٹ ورک دہشت گرد تنظیم ہے؟ جب سویت یونین نے افغانستان پر قبضہ کیا تھا تو یہ حقانی نیٹ ورک اور کوئٹہ شوریٰ ہی تھی جنھوں نے اس قبضے کے خلاف سخت ترین مزاحمت کی تھی۔ لیکن کیونکہ اس وقت امریکہ کو اپنے مدمقابل سویت یونین کو شکست دینا مطلوب تھا اس لیے امریکہ نے حقانی نیٹ ورک اور کوئٹہ شوریٰ کو مجاہدین قرار دیا اور انہیں وائٹ ہاوس بلا کر ان کی مہمان نوازی بھی کی گئی۔چونکہ امریکہ نے اس وقت انہیں مجاہد قرار دیا تھا تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوی قیادت میں موجود اس کے ایجنٹوں نے بھی انہیں مجاہد قرار دیا اور شمالی وزیرستان میں رہنے کی اجازت دی۔ لیکن جب امریکہ نے خود افغانستان پر حملہ اور قبضہ کیا تو امریکہ نے اپنے خلاف ہونے والی مزاحمت کو دہشت گردی قرار دیا اور اسی لیے سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے بھی امریکی قبضے کے خلاف ہونے والے جہاد کو دہشت گردی قرار دیا اور"اچھے طالبان" کو "برے طالبان " قرار دے دیا۔
شمالی وزیرستان آپریشن کا مقصد افغانستان پر امریکی قبضے کے خلاف مزاحمت کا کچلنا ہے اوراس مقصد کے حصول کے لیے ہی 9 مئی 2014 کو امریکی نائب سیکریٹری خارجہ ویلیم برنز نے اپنے دورہ پاکستان کے دوران پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو ان مزاحمتی گروہوں کے خلاف کاروائی کا حکم دیا تھا جو افغانستان میں موجود امریکی افواج پر حملے کرتے ہیں۔ اسی مقصد کے حصول کے لیے امریکی کانگریس نے پاکستان کی امداد کو شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن سے منسلک کیا اور اسی مقصد کے حصول کے لئے امریکہ میں پاکستان کے سفیر جلیل عباس جیلانی کے مطابق وزیرستان آپریشن کے لئے امریکہ نے کولیشن سپورٹ فنڈ سے رقم فراہم کی ہے۔
مسلم سرزمین کو کفار کے قبضے سے آزاد کرنا جہاد اور اللہ کا حکم ہے لیکن راحیل-نواز حکومت نے اللہ کے اس حکم سے منہ موڑ کر مسلم سرزمین پر امریکی صلیبی قبضے کو برقرار رکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا اور افواج پاکستان کو اس امریکی صلیبی جنگ کا ایندھن بناتے ہوئے اپنے ہی مسلمان بھائیوں کو قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ کفار کے خلاف جہاد کو اللہ نے "اچھا" قرار دیا ہے لیکن راحیل-نواز حکومت نے اس کو "برا" قرار دے کر اللہ کے غضب کو دعوت دی ہے۔
حزب التحریر افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سے سوال پوچھتی ہے کہ وہ کب تک ان غداریوں پر خاموش رہیں گے؟حزب آپ کو خبرادر کرتی ہے کہ ان غداریوں پر خاموشی آپ کو بھی اللہ کے غیض و غضب کو حقدار بنا دے گی۔ حزب التحریر آپ کو پکارتی ہے کہ آپ مسلمانوں کے خلاف کفار کے منصوبوں کو خاک میں ملانے اور ایک خلیفہ راشد کی قیادت میں جہاد کرنے کی سعادت کے حصول کے لیے حزب التحریر کو خلافت کے قیام کے لئے نصرۃ فراہم کریں ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی فرماتے ہیں۔
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ هَلْ أَدُلُّكمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَارَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ط تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ذٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ط يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ذٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ
"اے ایمان والو! کیا میں تمہیں وہ تجارت بتلا دوں جو تمہیں دردناک عذاب سے بچا لے؟ اللہ تعالٰی پر اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان لاؤ اور اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرو۔ یہ تمھارے لئے بہتر ہے اگر تم میں علم ہو۔ اللہ تعالیٰ تمھارے گناہ معاف فرما دے گا اور تمہین ان جنتوں میں پہنچائے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں جاری ہوں گی اور صاف ستھرے گھروں مین جو جنت عدن میں ہوں گے ، یہ بہت بڑی کامیابی ہے" (الصف:10-12)
