Promotions and Appointments in Pakistan Army
Armed Forces' Officers are Responsible for Protecting Muslim Lands and Extending Nussrah for the Implementation of Islam
On 22 September 2014, the public relations wing of the armed forces, ISPR, announced the new chief of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), along with five new Corps Commanders, after promoting them to Lieutenant-General. However, these appointments are viewed in the ruling circles in light of war on terror in the country, because the traitors in the political and military leadership have changed the role of Pakistan’s armed forces according to American dictation. The role was to defend Pakistan against Indian aggression and to liberate Kashmir. However, now our armed forces are burnt as fuel for American’s so called war on terror. Beside this, traitors in the military leadership have made changes in the Green Book of the armed forces, declaring terrorism as the biggest national security threat, instead of India. It is this change which gave the Indian Prime Minister, Narendar Modi, the butcher of the Muslims of Gujrat, confidence to declare on 12th August 2014, that “Pakistan has lost the strength to fight a conventional war,” implying that Pakistan can no longer fight India.
Hizb ut-Tahrir wants to remind the Muslims that the officers and soldiers of Pakistan armed forces have sworn to protect this Muslim land and people. Allah (swt) has entrusted a great responsibility upon them, which is that the strength of Muslim armed forces must be used for the implementation of Islam and its spread through Dawah and Jihad all over the world. Yet, traitors in the political and military leadership have turned away Pakistan’s armed forces from their actual duty. They are making them chase and eradicate tribal Muslims who are fighting against American occupation in Afghanistan. The regime is also using this strength to persecute the sincere Muslims who are working for the establishment of Khilafah in Pakistan through political and intellectual struggle. And the strength of the Muslim army has been abused by making it a support for the implementation of Kufr democratic system. Don’t we remember how proud the Muslims were of our armed forces when their objective was to defend Pakistan against Indian aggression and to secure the liberation of Kashmir? Now, when traitors in the political and military leadership have burnt our armed forces as fuel for the American war, their respect has diminished. The enemy, US took the advantage of this situation and is trying to turn our forces and our people against each other. America has ignited a war of Fitna where Muslims spill the blood of other Muslims.
Pakistan’s Army will only find its rightful position in the Islamic Khilafah state, which will eradicate American presence from the region, liberate the Muslim lands of Kashmir and Palestine and unify the divided Muslim Lands as one powerful Khilafah. Therefore, it is incumbent upon every officer of the armed forces to realize their weight and provide Nussrah for establishing the Islamic Khilafah state, thus becoming the Ansar of this era. RasulAllah (saw) stipulated the great status of the Ansaar when he said:
آيَةُ الإِيمَانِ حُبُّ الأَنْصَارِ، وَآيَةُ النِّفَاقِ بُغْضُ الأَنْصَارِ
“Love for the Ansar is a sign of faith and hatred for the Ansar is a sign of hypocrisy”(Muslim & Bukhari).

افواج پاکستان میں ترقیاں اور تقرریاں
فوجی افسران کی ذمہ داری مسلم علاقوں کی حفاظت اور اسلام کے نفاذ کے لئے نصرۃ فراہم کرنا ہے
22 ستمبر 2014 کو افواج پاکستان کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ، آئی۔ایس۔پی۔آر نے چھ میجر جنرلز کی لیفٹیننٹ جنرل کے عہدے پر ترقی اور آئی۔ایس۔آئی کے سربراہ کے ساتھ پانچ مختلف کور کمانڈرز کی تقرریوں کا اعلان کیا۔ حکومتی حلقوں میں ان تقرریوں کو ملک میں جاری دہشت گردی کے جنگ کے تناظر میں دیکھا جا رہا ہے اور اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے امریکی ہدایت پر افواج پاکستان کو ان کے اصل کردار یعنی کشمیر کی آزادی و بھارتی جارحیت سے پاکستان کو تحفظ فراہم کرنے سے ہٹا کر انہیں نام نہاد دہشت گردی کے خلاف امریکی جنگ کا ایندھن بنادیا ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے افواج پاکستان کی گرین بُک میں تبدیلی کی جس کے بعد پاکستان کی قومی سلامتی کو درپیش سب سے بڑا خطرہ دہشت گردی کو قرار دیا گیا ہے نہ کہ بھارت کو۔ یہی وجہ ہے 12 ستمبر 2014 کو کارگل میں بھارتی افواج سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مسلمانوں کے قاتل بھارتی وزیر اعظم نریندر مودی نےکویہ کہنے کی ہمت ہوئی کہ "پاکستان اب روایتی جنگ لڑنے کی صلاحیت کھو چکا ہے" یعنی پاکستان اب بھارت کا سامنا نہیں کرسکتا۔
حزب التحریر مسلمانوں کو یاددہانی کراتی ہے کہ افواج پاکستان کے افسروں اور جوانوں نے اس مسلم سرزمین اور اس پر بسنے والے لوگوں کی حفاظت کی قسم اٹھائی ہے اور اللہ نے اُن پر یہ ذمہ داری عائد کی ہے کہ مسلم افواج کی طاقت اللہ کے دین، اسلام کے نفاذ اور دعوت و جہاد کے ذریعے اس کی پوری دنیا میں ترویج کے لئے استعمال ہونی چاہیے۔ لیکن سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں نے ہماری افواج کو اس ذمہ داری کی ادائیگی سے ہٹا کر افغانستان میں امریکہ کے خلاف جہاد کرنے والے مجاہدین اور پاکستان میں اسلام کے نفاذ اور خلافت کے قیام کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کرنے والے مخلص لوگوں کا قلع قمع کرنے پر لگا دیا ہے اور مسلم فوج کی طاقت کو کفریہ جمہوری نظام کے نفاذ کے لئے استعمال کررہے ہیں۔ کیا ہم نہیں جانتے کہ جب تک افواج پاکستان کا مقصد پاکستان کو بھارتی جارحیت سے تحفظ فراہم کرنا اور کشمیر کی آزادی تھا پاکستان اور امت مسلمہ افواج پاکستان کو کس قدر عزت اور محبت کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی تھی لیکن جب سے سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود لوگوں نے ہماری افواج کو امریکی جنگ کی آگ کا ایندھن بنایا ہے ہماری افواج کی عزت امت کی نگاہ میں نہ صرف کھٹتی چلی جارہی ہے بلکہ اس چیز کا فائدہ اٹھا کر دشمن امریکہ ہماری افواج اور عوام کو ایک دوسرے کا دشمن بنا دینا چاہتا ہے تاکہ فتنے کی آگ جلتی رہے اور مسلمانوں کے ہاتھوں مسلمانوں کا خون بہتا رہے۔
افواج پاکستان اپنا حقیقی وقار اور عزت صرف خلافت کی فوج بن کر ہی حاصل کرسکتی ہے جو خطے سے امریکہ کو اکھاڑ پھینکے گی، کشمیر و فلسطین سمیت تمام مقبوضہ مسلم علاقوں کو کفار کے شکنجہ سے آزادی دلائے گی اور مسلمانوں کو تقسیم کرنے والی ان سرحدوں کو مٹا کر انہیں ایک طاقتور ریاست خلافت میں یکجا کردے گی۔ لہٰذا افواج پاکستان کے ہر افسر پر لازم ہے کہ وہ اسلام کی ریاست، خلافت کے قیام کے لئے نصرۃ فراہم کریں اور اس دور کے انصار بن جائیں۔ رسول اللہﷺ نے انصار کی فضیلت بیان کرتے ہوئے فرمایا تھا کہ:
آيَةُ الإِيمَانِ حُبُّ الأَنْصَارِ، وَآيَةُ النِّفَاقِ بُغْضُ الأَنْصَارِ
"انصار کی محبت ایمان اور انصار سے نفرت نفاق کی نشانی ہے" (مسلم و بخاری)۔
