Raheel-Nawaz Regime Launches Slander Campaign against Hizb ut-Tahrir
Media Must Propagate Truth, not Lies
On Friday 5th December 2014 the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s agencies with the help of local police raided a talk arranged by Hizb ut-Tahrir in Gulberg, Lahore, and arrested a number of its shabab. Such talks are a routine activity arranged by Hizb ut-Tahrir, across the country in many localities, to explain the idea of Khilafah and its importance for the revival of the Ummah. While the arrests of the shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir on the orders of the tyrants is nothing new, what was different this time was the manner in which the regime presented our shabaab, placing a sheet over their heads in front of the media and accusing them of being linked with ISIS. After seeing that physical torture, abductions, arrests and harassment neither deterred Hizb ut-Tahrir from its struggle, nor reduced the love for Hizb ut-Tahrir within the Ummah and the armed forces, the regime has resorted to slander campaigns in the media, by attempting to link the party and its men to the activities of the militant organization “ISIS”.
Hizb ut-Tahrir would not normally have bothered to address this slander, because every aware person knows that Hizb ut-Tahrir is an Islamic political party, which struggles for the establishment of Khilafah by strictly following the method of Messenger of Allah (saaw). Thus, Hizb ut-Tahrir limits itself to the political and intellectual struggle and Hizb ut-Tahrir considers militant struggle for achieving this objective as Haraam. Since the day of Hizb ut-Tahrir’s inception, Hizb has been following this path strictly and even severe repression, torture and the martyrdom of several of its shabab did not force the Hizb to leave this Sharai methodology. However, we were compelled to answer the slander this time because of the manner in which the media projected the lies of the corrupt, traitorous regime, without asking the trusted and respectable Hizb’s position over the matter, which is disappointing and belittling the value of the media.
We inform the media that in order to know the extent of the lies and slander against Hizb, one needs only read the FIR (First Information Report) charge sheet in which the authorities have not even accused the shabab of affiliation with ISIS. However, in front of the media the cause of their arrest has been projected as if they were doing wall chalking and distributing leaflets in favor of ISIS. Yes, the tyrant rulers are intellectually incapable and bankrupt, so possess no credible answer to Hizb ut-Tahrir’s political and intellectual struggle. However, we as Muslims must not accept that our media should undermine its own credibility, by assisting the tyrant rulers in spreading their lies against Islam, its Khilafah and its advocates. The current course of the rulers is completely in compliance with the actions of the Kuffar Qur’eysh who could not answer the call of RasulAllah (saaw), so they started declaring him a magician (نعوذ بااللہ). Similarly, the current rulers have started such lowly acts, after seeing the popularity of Hizb’s call within the people of Pakistan and its armed forces, falsely trying to claim that Hizb ut-Tahrir is a militant organization.
We care not for the regime’s attempts to tarnish the image of the Khilafah and Hizb ut-Tahrir, by falsely linking its struggle to ISIS. We care not for this sort of propaganda to create a distance between Hizb and the people and the armed forces. We care not because if this sort of slander had any chance of being successful, then Hizb ut-Tahrir would have finished a long time ago in Pakistan at the beginning of its work, and not now when it is well known and respected throughout Pakistan, in all regions and at all levels. We warn the rulers and their henchmen that with the permission of Allah the establishment of Khilafah is very near and after its establishment your hearts will be gripped just upon hearing the news of its establishment, although your torment upon Judgment Day will be far more severe. We also advise our brothers in the media that they also have to stand in front of Allah (swt) and only their good actions and deeds will help to bring salvation for them, so they must not play any part in the sinful spreading the lies of the regime.
فَلْيَحْذَرِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
“And let those who oppose the commandment beware, lest some Fitnah befall them or a painful torment be inflicted on them.”
(Surah Al-Noor 24:63)

میڈیا کو جھوٹ کی نہیں بلکہ صرف سچ کی اشاعت کرنی چاہیے
5 دسمبر 2014 کو راحیل-نواز حکومت کی ایجنسیوں نے مقامی پولیس کی مددسے گلبرگ لاہور میں ہونے والے حزب التحریر کے ایک درس کو روک دیا اور کئی شباب کو گرفتار کرلیا۔ ملک بھر کے کئی شہروں میں حزب کی جانب سے اس قسم کے درس کرنا ایک معمول ہے جس میں خلافت کا مطلب، اس کی اہمیت اور امت کو زوال سے نکالنے میں اس کے کردار پر روشنی ڈالی جاتی ہے۔ جابر حکمرانوں کی جانب سے اس قسم کی بزدلانہ کاروائیاں اور شباب کی گرفتاریاں حزب کے لئے کوئی نئی بات نہیں ہے لیکن جو بات اس دفع مختلف ہے وہ حکومت کی جانب سے گرفتار شباب پر چادر ڈال کر میڈیا کے سامنے پیش کرنا اور ان کا تعلق ایک عسکری تنظیم داعش سے جوڑنا ہے۔ حکمران یہ دیکھ چکے ہیں کہ محض گرفتاریاں، تشدد اور شباب کا اغوا نہ تو حزب کو اپنی جدوجہد سے روک سکا ہے اور نہ ہی امت اور افواج پاکستان میں اس کی محبت میں کوئی کمی لاسکا ہے لہٰذا حکمرانوں نے اب ایک جھوٹی میڈیا مہم شروع کردی ہے جس میں حزب التحریر کا تعلق عسکری تنظیم داعش سے ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔
حزب التحریر کبھی بھی اس جھوٹی مہم کا جواب بھی دینا گوارا نہیں کرتی کیونکہ یہ بات ہر با خبر شخص جانتا ہے کہ حزب ایک اسلامی سیاسی جماعت ہے جو خلافت کے قیام کے لئے رسول اللہﷺ کے طریقہ کار پر سختی سے عمل کرتے ہوئے صرف سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کرتی ہے اوراس راہ میں عسکری جدوجہد کو حرام سمجھتی ہے۔ حزب اپنے قیام کے دن سے لے کر آج تک اس طریقہ کار پر سختی سے کاربند ہے اور کسی قسم کی سختیاں یہاں تک کہ سیکڑوں شباب کی شہادتیں بھی حزب کو خلافت کے قیام کے شرعی طریقہ کار سے ہٹا نہیں سکیں۔ لیکن ہم یہ جواب اس لیے دینے پر مجبور ہوئے کیو نکہ جس طرح میڈیا نے حکمرانوں کے اس جھوٹ کو حزب التحریر سے اس کا موقف جانے بغیر نشر اور شائع کیا ہے وہ انتہائی افسوسناک ہے۔
ہم میڈیا سے کہتے ہیں کہ حکومت کا جھوٹ جانے کے لئے صرف اس ایف۔آئی۔آر کو ہی پڑھ لیں جس میں یہ الزام ہی نہیں لگایا گیا کہ ان ملزمان کا تعلق داعش سے ہے جبکہ میڈیا کے سامنے حزب کے شباب کا یہ جرم بیان کیا جارہا ہے کہ وہ داعش کے حق میں وال چاکنگ اور لیفلٹ بانٹتے ہیں۔ ظالم حکمران حزب کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کا جواب دینے سے قطعی معزور اور فکری دیوالیہ پن کا شکار ہیں لیکن بحثیت مسلمان میڈیا کے لوگوں سے ہم یہ توقع نہیں کرتے کہ وہ اسلام ، خلافت اور اس کے داعیوں کے خلاف حکمرانوں کے جھوٹ میں ان کا ساتھ دیں گے۔ حکمرانوں کا موجودہ طرز عمل کفار قریش کی نقل ہے کہ جب وہ رسول اللہﷺ کی دعوت کا جواب دینے سے قاصر ہوگئے تو نعوذ بااللہ انہیں جادوگر کہنا شروع کردیا۔ حکمران بھی حزب کی سیاسی و فکری جدوجہد کی پاکستان کے عوام اور افواج پاکستان میں بڑھتی مقبولیت سے گھبرا کر اب اسی قسم کی گھٹیا حرکتوں پر اُتر آئیں ہیں اور اسے ایک عسکری تنظیم ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں۔
ہمیں اس بات کی کوئی پروا نہیں کہ حکومت اور اس کے چیلے زبردستی حزب کا داعش سے تعلق جوڑ کر حزب التحریر اور خلافت کے تصور کو دھندلا سکتے ہیں اور نہ ہی ہمیں اس بات کی کوئی پروا ہے کہ اس قسم کا پروپیگنڈہ امت اور افواج پاکستان کو حزب التحریر سے دور کردے گا کیونکہ اگر اس قسم کی کاروائیاں حزب کو کوئی نقصان پہنچا سکتی تو حزب التحریر پاکستان میں اپنے کام کی ابتداء میں ہی ختم ہو چکی ہوتی ۔ ہم حکمرانوں اور ان کے چیلوں کو خبردار کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے حکم سے خلافت کا قیام قریب ہے اور اس کے قیام کے بعد تمھارے دل خوف سے ہی پھٹ جائیں گے اور یوم آخرت کا عذاب تو اس سے بھی زیادہ شدید ہوگا۔ ہم میڈیا میں موجود بھائیوں کو بھی خبردار کرتے ہیں کہ انہیں بھی اللہ کو منہ دیکھانا ہے اور روز قیامت صرف ان کے صالح اعمال ہی ان کی نجات کا باعث بنیں گے لہٰذا کسی صورت حکمرانوں کی جھوٹ میں ان کا ساتھ غلطی سے بھی نہ دیں۔
فَلْيَحْذَرِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
"جو اس کے حکم کی مخالفت کرتے ہیں انہیں اس بات سے ڈرنا چاہیے کہ وہ کسی فتنہ یا دردناک عذاب میں مبتلا نہ ہوجائیں"
