Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan’s campaign to expose injustices of democratic system
Democracy delivers privileges for rulers and exploitation for masses
On 1st December 2014, Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan issued a leaflet titled “The Khilafah will End Democracy and its Injustice” to expose the ugly reality of the democratic system. In order to further explain this issue Hizb ut-Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan conducted a campaign of public addresses at public places and outside Masajid in the major cities of Pakistan. Shabab of Hizb addressed these public meetings, explaining how the democratic system is UnIslamic and only protects the interests of the elite. They said that the century-long history of the democratic system proves that wherever and in whichever shape has been implemented, it always guaranteed privileges for the rulers and exploitation for the masses. This characteristic of the democratic system is because of right of legislation through which elected members manipulate laws and fill their pockets and the pockets of their associates. Concentration of wealth in the oldest democracies like America and Britain is proof of this fact, which even President Obama has admitted. Speakers said that because of this inherent characteristic of the democratic system even in Pakistan members of parliamentary assemblies have tripled their wealth in just six years.
Speakers elucidated the fact that the democratic system is the root cause of injustice and oppression and on top of this our Ideology, Islam, demands from us that we must reject democracy and abolish it. Democracy is a system that gives human beings the choice to obey Allah (swt) or disobey Him, even though Allah (swt) has revealed that it is not befitting for a believing man or woman to have any choice in a matter when it has been decided by Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw). Speakers said that democracy assigns men in assemblies as sovereign because they exercise the right of legislation which in Islam is unique to Allah (swt) alone.
Shabab of Hizb asked the Ummah to reject democracy and join the struggle for establishing Khilafah with Hizb ut-Tahrir because Khilafah alone will end exploitation of humans by abolishing man-made laws and implementing Laws of Sharia and this will be real change.

حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان کی جمہوری نظام کی ناانصافیوں کو بے نقاب کرنے کی ملک گیر مہم
جمہوریت حکمرانوں کو مراعات اور عوام کو محرومیاں بانٹتی ہے
حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے یکم دسمبر 2014 سے ملک بھر میں جمہوری نظام کی خباثتوں کو بے نقاب کرنے کے لئے ایک لیفلٹ "خلافت ہی جمہوریت اور اس کی گود سے جنم لینے والی ناانصافیوں کا خاتمہ کرے گی" جاری کیا تھا۔ اس سلسلے کو آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے حزب التحریر ولایہ پاکستان نے ملک کے بڑے شہروں میں عوامی مقامات اور مساجد پر عوام سے براہ راست رابطہ کر کے بیانات کی ایک مہم بھی چلائی۔ ان عوامی اجتماعات سے حزب کے شباب نے خطاب کیا اور جمہوریت کو غیر اسلامی اور اشرافیہ کے مفادات کا تحفظ کرنے والا نظام ثابت کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جمہوریت کی ایک صدی کی تاریخ یہ ثابت کرتی ہے کہ یہ نظام دنیا کے کسی بھی خطےمیں اور کسی بھی شکل میں نافذ ہو، ہمیشہ حکمرانوں کو مراعات اور عوام کو محرومیاں ہی بانٹتا ہے۔ جمہوریت کی اس خاصیت کی وجہ قانون سازی کا اختیار ہے جس کے ذریعےمنتخب اراکین قوانین میں ردوبدل کر کے اپنی اور اپنے ساتھیوں کی جیبیں بھرتے ہیں۔ امریکہ و برطانیہ جیسے قدیم جمہوری ملکوں میں بھی دولت کا چند ہاتھوں میں شدید ارتکاز اس بات کا ثبوت ہے اور خودامریکی صدر اوبامہ اس حقیقت کا اعتراف بھی کر چکا ہے۔ حزب کے مقررین نے کہا کہ جمہوری نظام کی اسی خاصیت کی وجہ سے پاکستان میں بھی اس نظام کے ذریعے اراکین اسمبلی نے صرف چھ سالوں میں اپنی دولت میں تین گنا اضافہ کرلیا ہے۔
مقررین نے امت سے کہا کہ ظلم اور ناانصافیوں کی بنیادی وجہ یہی جمہوری نظام ہے اور اس سے بڑھ کر یہ کہ ہمارا دین اس بات کا حکم دیتا ہے کہ ہم جمہوریت کو مسترد کریں اور اس کا خاتمہ کریں۔ جمہوریت وہ نظام ہے جو انسانوں کو اس بات کا اختیار دیتا ہے کہ چاہے وہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی اطاعت کریں یا اس کے حکموں کے بر خلاف عمل کریں جبکہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرما چکے ہیں کہ جب اللہ اور اس کا رسولﷺ کسی معاملے میں کوئی فیصلہ کردیں تو کسی مومن مرد و عورت کو اس فیصلے سے ہٹ کر کوئی اور فیصلہ کرنے کا اختیار نہیں اور جو ایسا کرے گا تو وہ گمراہی کا شکار ہو جائے گا۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ جمہوریت اللہ کی بجائے منتخب اراکین کو معبود بنادیتی ہے کیونکہ وہ قانون سازی کے اس حق کو استعمال کرتے ہیں جو صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے لئے ہی خاص ہے۔
حزب کے شباب نے امت سے کہا کہ وہ جمہوریت کو مسترد کردیں اور خلافت کے قیام میں حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد میں شامل ہو جائیں کیونکہ خلافت ہی انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے قوانین کا خاتمہ اور اسلام کے قوانین کا نفاذ کرکے انسانوں کے استحصال کا خاتمہ کرے گی اور یہی حقیقی تبدیلی ہوگی۔
