Criminal Raheel-Nawaz Regime Consolidate its Rule through the Blood of Muslims
Days after the government announced the North Waziristan Operation on the behest of its American masters, the provincial government of Punjab led by Shahbaz Sharif gunned down 10 Muslims in Lahore including two women. Just as the government used lies and vicious propaganda to create a justification for military operations in North Waziristan whose sole purpose is to secure American presence in Afghanistan, the criminal chief minister of Punjab expressed his innocence over the bloodbath in Lahore claiming he did not know of the police operation. Allah says,
تِلَ ٱلْخَرَّاصُونَ ط ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى غَمْرَةٍ سَاهُونَ
“Cursed be the liars. Who are under the cover of heedlessness”.
[Surrah Adh Dhariyat: 10-11].
These are the fruits of democracy and supporting the American War on Terror. These rulers feel they are free to kill Muslims with impunity whether in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta or Waziristan, whether in the name of fighting the war on terror or with the aim of protecting the democratic project. They fear not the wrath of Allah nor of the people and in their oppression they follow their fellow tyrants and pharaohs of the past thinking they will never be held accountable for their actions. But in the return of the Khilafah inshAllah, awaits a terrible fate for the criminals who have Muslim blood on their hands and what is in store for them in the hereafter is worse. As Allah says,
وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُ ط مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ
“Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zâlimun (wrong-doers) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. (They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear)”
[Surrah Ibrhaeem: 42-43].
O Officers of the Armed Forces! The people of Nussrah! For anyone with a mind which thinks and the heart which feels the pain of the Muslims of Pakistan, there is no excuse left to allow the continuation of the criminal Raheel-Nawaz Regime even for a single day. Do you accept that your and your fellow citizen’s pure blood is shed for the sake of protecting the criminal rulers and democracy? It is only Khilafah which will secure the life, property and honor of the Muslims of Pakistan and you have the ability and power to deliver this Khilafah to the Ummah. Come forward now and provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the Khilafah in Pakistan and give bayah to the Khaleefah about whom RasulAllah (SAW) said: “Indeed the Imam is a shield, from whose behind (one) would fight, and by whom one would protect oneself”. Indeed the ruling by the book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger (SAW) more deserves of your support the rotten manmade system of democracy.
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ٱسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُم
“O you who believe! Give your response to Allah and His Messenger, when He calls you to that which gives you life.”
(Surah Anfal 8:24)

راحیل-نواز حکومت مسلمانوں کا خون بہا کر اپنے اقتدار کو مستحکم کررہی ہے
امریکی آقاوں کے ایماء پر شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کے اعلان کے چند دنوں بعد شہباز شریف کی صوبائی حکومت نے لاہور میں دس مسلمانوں کو قتل کردیا جن میں دو خواتین بھی شامل تھیں۔ ایک طرف راحیل-نواز حکومت شمالی وزیرستان میں فوجی آپریشن کو جواز فراہم کرنے کے لیے ہر طرح کا جھوٹ بول اور پرا پیگینڈاکررہی ہے جس کا واحد مقصد افغانستان میں امریکی موجودگی کو یقینی بنانا ہے، تو دوسری طرف مجرم وزیر اعلٰی پنجاب، شہباز شریف لاہور میں بہنے والے خون سے معصومیت کے ساتھ لاتعلقی کا اظہار کررہا ہے اور دعویٰ کررہا ہے کہ وہ پولیس آپریشن کے متعلق جانتا ہی نہ تھا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں:
تِلَ ٱلْخَرَّاصُونَ ط ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى غَمْرَةٍ سَاهُونَ
"بے سند باتیں کرنے والے غارت کردئیے گئے۔ جو غفلت میں ہیں اور بھولے ہوئے ہیں"
(الزریت:11-10)۔
یہ ہے جمہوریت اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف امریکی جنگ کی حمائت کرنے کا تحفہ۔ یہ حکمران سمجھتے ہیں کہ وہ مسلمانوں کا خون بہانے میں آزاد ہیں چاہے کراچی ہو یا لاہور ، کوئٹہ ہو یا وزیرستان، چاہے دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کے نام پر ہو یا جمہوریت کو پچانے کے نام پر۔ انہیں نہ تو اللہ کے غضب کا خوف ہے اور نہ ہی لوگوں کا۔ ظلم کرتے ہوئے یہ ماضی کےاپنے ہم عصر فراعین اور جابروں کی پیروی کرتے ہیں اور یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ انہیں کبھی بھی اپنے اعمال کا حساب نہیں دینا پڑے گا۔ لیکن انشاء اللہ خلافت کے قیام کے ساتھ ہی ان مجرموں کے لئے ایک عبرت ناک انجام مقدر بنے گا جن کے ہاتھ مسلمانوں کے خون مقدس سے تر بتر ہیں اور جو سزااللہ کے ہاں ان کی منتظر ہے وہ اس سے بھی شدید ترین ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی فرماتے ہیں:
وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلأَبْصَارُ ط مُهْطِعِينَ مُقْنِعِى رُءُوسِهِمْ لاَ يَرْتَدُّ إِلَيْهِمْ طَرْفُهُمْ وَأَفْئِدَتُهُمْ هَوَآءٌ
"ظالموں کے اعمال سے اللہ کو غافل نہ سمجھ ، وہ تو انہیں اس دن تک مہلت دیے ہوئے ہے جس دن آنکھیں پھٹی کی پھٹی رہ جائیں گی۔ وہ اپنے سر اوپر اٹھائے بھاگ رہے ہوں گے ، خود اپنی طرف بھی ان کی نگاہیں نہ لوٹیں گی اور ان کے دل خالی اور اڑے ہوئے ہوں گے"
(ابراھیم:43-42)۔
اے افواج پاکستان کے افسران! اے اہل نصرۃ! ہر اس شخص کے لیے، جس کا دماغ سوچتا ہے اور جس کا دل پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کی تکالیف کے درد کو محسوس کرتا ہے، کوئی عذر باقی نہیں رہا کہ وہ مزید ایک دن کے لئے بھی راحیل-نواز حکومت کو اقتدار میں رہنے کی اجازت دے۔ کیا تمھیں یہ قبول ہے کہ تمھارا اور تمھارے ساتھی شہریوں کا خون ان مجرم حکمرانوں اور جمہوریت کے تحفظ کے لئے بہایا جاتا رہے؟ یہ صرف خلافت ہی ہوگی جو پاکستان کے مسلمانوں کی جان ، مال اور عزت کا تحفظ کرے گی اور تمھارے اندر یہ قابلیت ہے کہ اس امت کو خلافت کا تحفہ دو۔ آگےبڑھو اور پاکستان میں خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کرو اور اس خلیفہ کوبیعت دو جس کے متعلق رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا ہے کہ "خلیفہ ڈھال ہے جس کے پیچھے رہ کر لڑا جاتا ہے اور اسی کے ذریعے تحفظ حاصل ہوتا ہے"۔ یقیناً تمھاری قوت اور حمائت اللہ کی کتاب اور سنت رسول اللہﷺ کی بنیاد پر ہونے والی حکمرانی کے لئے ہونی چاہیے نہ کہ جمہوریت کے لئے۔
يٰأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ ٱسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ
"اے ایمان والو!تم اللہ اور رسول کے کہنے کو بجا لاؤ جب کہ رسول تم کو زندگی بخش چیز کی طرف بلاتے ہوں"
(الانفال:24)
