General Raheel Endorses the False Claim that US Crusade is Our War
US Crusade Was Never Our War and Never Will Be
General Raheel Sharif on 4th December, after his arrival from a long US tour, declared that the US crusade is our war, during his speech at a Defense Exhibition in Karachi. He said that “Pakistan’s current enemy lives within us and looks like us”. By stating this, the Raheel-Nawaz regime has declared as enemies those tribal Muslims who fight in Afghanistan against the occupying US forces.
Hizb ut-Tahrir asks the Raheel-Nawaz regime that if fighting against Soviet occupying forces in Afghanistan was Jihad, then how can fighting against US occupying forces in Afghanistan be declared as terrorism? If those who fought against Soviet forces were respected Mujahedeen, then how can those who are fighting US occupying forces now be denounced as lowly terrorists? If helping tribal Muslims who fought Soviet forces was an Islamic duty, then how today is suppressing those tribal Muslims who are fighting against US forces according to Islam? These are questions which the Musharaf-Aziz and Kayani-Zardari regimes failed to answer. And now the Raheel-Nawaz regime does not have any convincing answer either. Today traitors in the political and military leadership of Pakistan have not been able to give any ethical, intellectual or Sharia answer to the people and armed forces of Pakistan, as to why they have participated in the US crusade and why it is our war. Hizb ut-Tahrir states clearly that this war was never our and never will be, rather it is a US crusade and participation in it is Haraam, earning the wrath of Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment.
Aware people within the Ummah now understand how US intelligence agencies and the Raymond Davis network are allowed to plan attacks against the people and the armed forces of Pakistan. These enemies then oversee the execution of these attacks, blaming the tribal Muslims in order to herd Pakistan’s armed forces into the tribal areas, to burn them as fuel for the US crusade. Peace is only possible in Pakistan and Afghanistan by expelling the US from this region. Pakistan’s armed forces and its intelligence agencies are fully capable of doing this, and more so with the help of the tribal Muslims, just as they expelled Soviet Union from Afghanistan previously as one unified and co-operating force. In order to erode this capability of Pakistan’s armed forces, they are forced to fight against tribal Muslims so they won’t unify, in order that the US stays in the region.
Hizb ut-Tahrir has been warning the people and the armed forces of Pakistan regarding the treacheries of US agents in the political and military leadership and will continue to do so. In order to end this treachery, it is imperative that the sincere in the armed forces uproot the traitors in the political and military leadership and provide Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah. The Khilafah will easily expel the US from this region, by deploying the combined strength of the noble armed forces and hardy tribal Muslims.

جنرل راحیل کا امریکی صلیبی جنگ کو ہماری جنگ قرار دیناغلط ہے
امریکی صلیبی جنگ نہ کل ہماری جنگ تھی اور نہ آج ہماری جنگ ہے
4 دسمبر کو ایک طویل امریکی دورے سے واپسی کے بعد جنرل راحیل شریف نے کراچی میں دفاعی صنعتی نمائش میں خطاب کرتے ہوئے امریکی صلیبی جنگ کو ہماری جنگ قرار دیا ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ "پاکستان کے موجودہ دشمن ہم میں رہتے ہیں اور ہمارے جیسے ہی نظر آتے ہیں"۔ یہ بیان دے کر راحیل-نواز حکومت نے یہ واضح کردیا ہے کہ قبائلی علاقوں میں موجودمسلمان جو افغانستان میں قابض امریکی افواج کے خلاف جہاد کررہے ہیں، وہ ہمارے دشمن ہیں۔
حزب التحریر راحیل-نواز حکومت سے سوال کرتی ہے کہ افغانستان پر قابض سویت یونین کی افواج کے خلاف لڑنا جہاد تھا تو قابض امریکی افواج کے خلاف لڑنا دہشت گردی کیسے ہوسکتی ہے؟ اگر قابض سوویت یونین کی افواج کے خلاف لڑنے والے باعزت مجاہدین تھے تو قابض امریکی افواج کے خلاف لڑنے والے دہشت گرد کیسے ہوسکتے ہیں؟ اگر قابض سوویت یونین کے خلاف لڑنے والے قبائلی مسلمانوں کی مدد و حمائت کرنا عین اسلام کے مطابق تھا تو قابض امریکی افواج کے خلاف لڑنے والے قبائلی مسلمان سے لڑنا کیا اسلام کے مطابق ہے ؟ یہی وہ سوالات ہیں جن کے جواب مشرف-شوکت حکومت اور کیانی-زرداری حکومت نہیں دے سکیں تھیں اور اب راحیل-نواز حکومت کے پاس بھی ان کا کوئی موثر جواب نہیں ہے۔ پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار آج کے دن تک پاکستان کے مسلمانوں اور افواج پاکستان کو اس امریکی صلیبی جنگ میں شمولیت اور اس کو اپنی جنگ قرار دینے کے حوالے سے کوئی اخلاقی ، عقلی یا شرعی جواب دینے میں کامیاب نہیں ہوسکے ہیں۔ اس لئے حزب التحریر یہ کہتی ہے کہ یہ جنگ کل بھی ہماری نہیں تھی اور آج بھی ہماری نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ امریکی صلیبی جنگ ہے جس میں شرکت کرنا حرام ہےاور قیامت کے دن اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰیکی شدید ناراضگی اور غیض و غضب کا باعث بنے گا۔
امت میں موجود باخبر اور باشعور لوگ اب اس بات کو سمجھنے لگے ہیں کہ کس طرح امریکی انٹیلی جنس اداروں اور ریمنڈ ڈیوس نیٹ ورک کو پاکستان کے عوام اور افواج پاکستان پر حملوں کی منصوبہ بندی کرنے اور ان پر عمل درآمد کروانے کی آزادی فراہم کی جاتی ہے اور پھر ان حملوں کا الزام قبائلی مسلمانوں پر ڈال کر افواج پاکستان کو امریکی صلیبی جنگ کا ایندھن بنایا جاتا ہے۔ پاکستان اور افغانستان میں امن صرف امریکہ کو اس خطے سے نکال کر ہی ممکن ہے اور افواج پاکستان اور اس کے انٹیلی جنس ادارے قبائلی مسلمانوں کے ساتھ مل کراس کام کو بالکل اسی طرح کرنے کی بھر پور صلاحیت رکھتے ہیں جس طرح انہوں نے اس سے قبل سوویت یونین کو افغانستان سے قبائلی مسلمانوں کی مدد سے نکالا تھا۔ افواج پاکستان کی اس صلاحیت کو ختم کرنے کے لئے ہی فوج کو قبائلی مسلمانوں کے خلاف آپریشن پر مجبور کیا جاتا ہےتا کہ وہ یکجا نہ ہوسکیں اورامریکہ آرام سے اس خطے میں بیٹھا رہے ۔
حزب التحریر پاکستان کے عوام اور افواج پاکستان کو سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی غداری سے باخبر کرتی رہی ہے اور کرتی رہے گی لیکن اس غداری کا خاتمہ کرنے کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ افواج پاکستان میں موجود مخلص افسران سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کو اکھاڑپھینکیں اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ فراہم کریں۔ خلافت افواج اور قبائلی مسلمانوں کی طاقت کو یکجا کرے گی اور امریکہ کو اس خطے سے با آسانی نکال باہر کرے گی۔
