Procession of Martyrs from the Prisons of Uzbekistan’s Tyrant Continues
وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُواْ إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
“But give good tidings to the patient, who when disaster strikes them, say “Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.”

The procession of martyrs from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir continues by the hands of the tyrant of
Our brother Ni’manov, may Allah have mercy on him, before joining Hizb ut-Tahrir worked in the Uzbek Police Institution but after he was introduced to the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir and learned about their Dawah to resume the Islamic way of life and about their struggle with the criminal regime of Uzbekistan, he decided to quit his job with the police department and join the ranks of the Hizb so that he does not be a support to the oppressors like the tyrant Karimov and his criminal regime, and it is for his pursuit to gain the pleasure of Allah Azza wa Jal. This is how Ni’manov started his work with Hizb ut-Tahrir to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah Ar-Rashida upon the method of the Prophethood.
Ni’manov, may Allah have mercy on him and accept him as a martyr, was arrested initially in 1999 and sentenced to prison, and was released in the same year. It was not long before they arrested him once again in 2000. He was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment, before this time was up, specifically in 2010 he was brought to a court trial again and while he was in prison and was sentenced for 5 more years.
Despite the humiliating attempts at times and threats at other times faced by the hands of the henchmen of Karimov in prison, our brother Ni’manov the martyr’s strength was not crushed and his zeal was not shaken. When the oppressor was defeated in trying to weaken his Iman, they would ask him just to sign that he rejects Hizb ut-Tahrir and to write a letter asking mercy from the tyrant and his helpers the oppressors and to release him. But alas, how can they break the will of the one who sold his soul to Allah (swt).
In the notorious prison number 64/36, the criminals committed their horrific crime of injecting our brother with the tuberculosis virus. And after he contracted the disease, they did not allow him treatment until the disease intensified and he started coughing blood.
A few days after the martyrdom of our brother, they brought his pure dead body to the house from Ingord 18 prison. Attempting to conceal their horrific crime, so that it does not reach public opinion, a number of men from the intelligence conspired with members of what is called the “local council” to force the family of the martyr Ni’manov to bury his body and they did not allow the gathering of Muslims to pray Salatul Jinazzah (burial prayer).
These cowards proved that they are scared of the Dawah carriers when dead just as their souls tremble with fear from them when they are alive.
Our brother left behind two sons and a daughter to join their orphaned brothers whose fathers were killed by the hands of the regime of the tyrant Karimov the butcher may Allah (swt) destroy him.
وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبيلِ اللّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاء وَلَكِن لاَّ تَشْعُرُونَ
“And do not say about those who are killed in the way of Allah, “They are dead.” Rather, they are alive, but you perceive [it] not.” [Al-Baqara: 154]

ازبکستان کے جابر کے قیدخانوں سے شہداء کےجنازوں کا سلسلہ جاری ہے

"صبر کرنے والوں کو خوشخبری سنا دو کہ جب انھیں کوئی مصیبت پہنچتی ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارا مالک تو اللہ ہی ہیں اور اسی کی جانب ہمیں لوٹنا ہے"
(البقرۃ:156)
ازبکستان کے جابر،مجرم اوریہودی کریموف کے ہاتھوں حزب التحریر کے شباب کی شہادتوں کا سلسلہ جاری ہے۔ 2ستمبر2013 کو بھائی نیمانوف کریم جون رَستامووچ شہید ہوگئے اور اللہ کے حکم سے جنت کے حقدار ٹہر گئے۔ ہم دعا گو ہیں اور اللہ کے سواء کسی کی تعریف نہیں کرتے۔ وہ 1975 میں تاشقند میں پیدا ہوئے اور شہادت کے وقت ان کی عمر 38 برس تھی۔
اللہ ہمارے بھائی نیمانوف پر اپنی رحمتیں نازل کرے، حزب التحریر میں شامل ہونے سے قبل وہ ازبک پولیس میں کام کرتے تھے لیکن حزب التحریر کے شباب سے ملنے اور اسلامی طرز زندگی کی بحالی کے لیے اُن کی دعوت اورازبکستان کی مجرم حکومت کے خلاف اُن کی جدوجہد کو جاننے کے بعد، انھوں نے اپنی نوکری چھوڑنے کا فیصلہ کیا اور حزب التحریر میں شامل ہوگئے تاکہ وہ کریموف اور اس کی ظالم حکومت کے جرائم میں شمولیت اور حمائت سے محفوظ رہ سکیں اور ایسا انھوں نے صرف اور صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کی رضا کے حصول کے لیے کیا۔ اس طرح سے نیمانوف نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقے کے مطابق خلافت راشدہ کے قیام اور اسلامی طرز زندگی کے اسرنو احیاء کے لیے حزب التحریر کے ساتھ کام کرنا شروع کیا۔
جیل میں کریموف کے غنڈوں کے ہاتھوں تذلیل اور جان سے مارنے کی دھمکیوں کے باوجود ہمارے بھائی نیمانوف کے جذبہ استقامت اور شوق شہادت کو ختم نہ کیا جاسکا۔ جب جابر اس کے ایمان کو کمزور کرنے میں ناکام ہوگیا تو اس سے کہا جانے لگا کہ وہ صرف یہ لکھ دے کہ وہ حزب التحریر کو مسترد کرتا ہے اور ظالم کریموف اور اس کے ساتھیوں سے رحم کی اپیل کرتا ہے تو اس کو رہا کردیا جائے گا۔ لیکن آفرین ہے نیمانوف پر ۔ وہ ظالم کس طرح اس کے جذبہ استقامت کو توڑ سکتے تھے جس نے اپنی روح اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے سپرد کردی تھی۔
بدنام زمانہ قید خانہ نمبر 64/36میں ان مجرموں نے انتہائی بھیانک جرم کا ارتکاب کرتے ہوئے نیمانوف کو ٹیوبرکلاسس کے وائرس کا انجکشن لگا دیا۔ اور جب وہ اس بیماری کا شکار ہوگیا تو اس وقت تک اسے علاج کی سہولت فراہم نہیں کی گئی جب تک اسے خون کی الٹیاں آنی شروع نہیں ہو گئیں۔
ہمارے بھائی کی شہادت کی کچھ دنوں کے بعد وہ انگورڈ18کے قید خانے سے اُس کی پاک و مقدس لاش اُس کے گھر لائے۔ اپنے اس خوفناک جرم کو چھپانے کے لیے کہ کہیں یہ خبر عوام الناس تک نہ پہنچ جائے انٹیلی جنس کے کئی افراد اور مقامی کونسل کے ممبران نے شہید کے گھر والوں کوشہید کا جسد خاکی جلد دفنانے پر مجبور کیا اور اس کی نمازے جنازہ بھی ادا کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی۔
ان بزدلوں نے ثابت کیا ہے کہ وہ اسلام کے اِن داعیوں سے اُن کی موت کے بعد بھی ویسے ہی خوفزدہ ہوتے ہیں جیسے کہ اُن کی زندگی میں ہوتے تھے۔
ہمارا بھائی اپنے پسماندگان میں دو بیٹے اور ایک بیٹی چھوڑ گیا ہے اور یہ بچے بھی اُن یتیموں میں شامل ہوگئے ہیں جن کے والدین کو ظالم کریموف کی حکومت نے قتل کردیا تھا۔ اللہ کریموف کو تباہ کرے۔
وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبيلِ اللّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاء وَلَكِن لاَّ تَشْعُرُونَ
" جو اللہ کی راہ میں قتل کردیے جائیں انھیں مردہ نہ کہو بلکہ وہ زندہ ہیں لیکن تم اس کی سمجھ نہیں رکھتے "(البقرۃ:154)
