Hizb ut Tahrir Organized a Protest Meeting Today against the Arrest, Remand, Torture and Imprisonment of Two Women Members of the Party
Members, activists and supporters of Hizb ut Tahrir gathered in front of the main gate of the Supreme Court today at 12:00pm to protest against the arrest of two women members of the party on Sunday, 30 August (2015), by the Detective Branch (DB) and to demand their immediate release. After their arrests, the shameless DB took the dignified sisters for two days remand on Tuesday, 01 September, during which they were beaten severely; one of the sisters was beaten to the point that she bled from different parts of her body and became unconscious. In spite of this the heartless officers of the DB took them to court on Friday, 04 September, instead of a hospital and the judge sent them to jail. Oh Allah! Destroy the hands that are responsible for this cruelty to the sincere Muslim women, hold them accountable for their heinous crime, each one of them oh our Lord and be severe with them:
﴿إِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ﴾
“Verily, the Seizure of your Lord is severe and painful.”
[Al-Buruj: 12]
Oh Judges!
Our members, activists and supporters gathered in front of the court solely to remind you, the judges, that Allah (swt) is the Judge of all judges, Who will call all judges to account. He (swt) has decreed that you judge by nothing other than what He has revealed and that when you judge, you must judge with justice:
﴿وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ﴾
“…And that when you judge between man, judge with justice.”
[An-Nisa: 58]
The so-called Anti-Terrorism laws by which you judge against the dawah carriers of Islam and the workers of Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood, the men and women of Hizb ut Tahrir, are neither derived from what Allah has revealed, nor do they have any remote connection with justice. They are rather legislated by the agent regime to fight Islam, promulgated in accordance with the dictates of America and its allies in the War against Islam as tools for depriving the sincere Muslims from receiving justice. You are fully aware of this. We call upon you not to turn a blind eye to this fact, neither to turn your backs on the Words of Allah (swt). Furthermore you claim honour for yourselves in your post as judges; we ask you to ponder and reflect upon what is so honourable in sending the sincere daughters of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw) to the dungeons of the Tyrant. And to ponder and reflect upon if there is anything honourable in your being seen to be colluding in the War against Islam. And last but not least, to ponder and reflect upon this hadith of RasulAllah (saw),
«الْقُضَاةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ: وَاحِدٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَاثْنَانِ فِي النَّارِ، فَأَمَّا الَّذِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَقَضَى بِه، وَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَجَارَ فِي الْحُكْمِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ، وَرَجُلٌ قَضَى لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى جَهْلٍ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ»
“Judges are of three types, one of whom will go to Jannah and two to Hell. The one who will go to Paradise is a man who knows what is right and gives judgment accordingly; but a man who knows what is right and acts tyrannically in his judgment will go to Hell; and a man who gives judgment for people when he is ignorant will go to Hell.”

We demand and expect you will follow the right course of action - by being obedient to Allah (swt) in your judgements, by being just to the dawah carriers of Islam and the workers of Khilafah, and by releasing them instead of complying with the orders of the government to imprison them.

حزب التحریر نے دو رکن خواتین کی گرفتاری، ریمانڈ، تشدد اور قید کے خلاف مظاہرہ کیا
آج دوپہر بارہ بجے حزب التحریر نے سپریم کورٹ کے مرکزی دروازے کے سامنے 30 اگست 2015 بروز اتوار کو ڈی ٹیکٹو برانچ کے ہاتھوں دو حزبی خواتین کی گرفتاری کے خلاف مظاہرہ اور ان کی فوری رہائی کا مطالبہ کیا۔ ان خواتین کی گرفتاری کے بعد بے شرم ڈی ٹیکٹو برانچ نے ان خواتین کا یکم ستمبر 2015 بروز منگل دو رزہ ریمانڈ لیا اور اس دوران انہیں اس قدر بدترین تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا کہ ایک بہن کے جسم کے مختلف حصوں سے خون بہنے لگا اور وہ بے ہوش ہو گئیں۔ اتنا سب کچھ کر گزرنے کے باوجود ڈی ٹیکٹو برانچ کے سنگدل افسران انہیں ہسپتال لے جانے کے بجائے جمعہ 4 ستمبر کو عدالت لے گئے اور جج نے انہیں جیل بھیج دیا۔ اے اللہ! ان ہاتھوں کو تباہ و برباد کر دے جنہوں نے مخلص مسلمان خواتین پر ہاتھ اٹھایا، اے ہمارے رب! اس شیطانی عمل پر ان کا سخت ترین احتساب فرما اور ان کے ساتھ سخت رویہ اپنا:
﴿إِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ﴾
"یقیناً تیرے رب کی پکڑ بہت سخت ہے"
(البروج:12)
اے جج حضرات! ہمارے اراکین اورہمدرد عدالت کے مرکزی دروازے پر اس لئے جمع ہوئے کہ آپ کو یاد دہانی کروائیں کہ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی تمام ججوں کے جج ہیں جو تمام ججوں کا احتساب کریں گے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے آپ کو یہ حکم دیا ہے کہ آپ صرف اور صرف اس کے مطابق فیصلے کریں جو اس نے نازل (قرآن و سنت) کیا ہے اور جب آپ فیصلہ کریں تو انصاف کے مطابق کریں:
﴿وَإِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ تَحْكُمُوا بِالْعَدْلِ﴾
"اور جب تم لوگوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کرو تو انصاف کے مطابق فیصلہ کرو"
(النساء:58)
نام نہاد انسداد دہشت گردی کے قوانین جن کی بنیاد پر آپ اسلام کے داعیوں اور نبوت کے طریقے پر خلافت کے قیام کی جدوجہد کرنے والوں، حزب التحریر کے مرد و خواتین، کے خلاف فیصلے کرتے ہیں وہ نہ تو اللہ کے وحی سے اخذ کیے گئے ہیں اور نہ ہی ان کا انصاف سے کوئی دور کا بھی کوئی تعلق ہے۔ ان قوانین کو ایجنٹ حکومت نے اسلام کے خلاف جنگ کے لئے امریکہ اور اس کے اتحادیوں کے حکم پر بنایا ہے تاکہ مخلص مسلمانوں کو انصاف کے حصول سے محروم کر دیا جائے۔ اور آپ اس حقیقت سے پوری طرح آگاہ ہیں۔ ہم آپ سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس حقیقت سے چشم پوشی نہ کریں اور نہ ہی اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے الفاظ سے منہ موڑیں۔ اس کے علاوہ آپ جج ہونے کے ناطے عزت دار ہونے کا دعویٰ کرتے ہیں لیکن ہم آپ سے سوال کرتے ہیں کہ اس بات پر غور کریں کہ اس امت محمد ﷺ کی عزت دار خواتین کو جابر حکمران کے قید خانوں میں ڈالنا کیا عزت کمانے کا کام ہے؟ اور اس بات پر بھی غور کریں کہ اسلام کے خلاف جنگ میں آپ کا کردار ایجنٹ حکمرانوں اور ان کے کافر آقاوں کے تقاضے کے مطابق ہونا کیا عزت کی بات ہے؟ اور آخری بات کہ آپ رسول اللہ ﷺ کی اس حدیث پر غور کریں،
الْقُضَاةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ: وَاحِدٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَاثْنَانِ فِي النَّارِ، فَأَمَّا الَّذِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ فَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَقَضَى بِه، وَرَجُلٌ عَرَفَ الْحَقَّ فَجَارَ فِي الْحُكْمِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ، وَرَجُلٌ قَضَى لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى جَهْلٍ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ
"قاضی (جج) تین طرح کے ہیں، ایک طرح کے قاضی جنت میں جائیں گے جبکہ باقی دو طرح کے قاضی جہنم میں جائیں گے۔ جنت میں جانے والا وہ شخص ہو گا جو حق کو جانتا ہے اور اس کے مطابق فیصلہ دیتا ہے لیکن جو شخص حق جانتا ہے مگر اس کے برخلاف فیصلہ کرتا ہے وہ جہنم میں جائے گا اور وہ شخص بھی جہنم میں جائے گاجو حق نہیں جانتا لیکن لوگوں کے درمیان فیصلے کرتا ہے"
(ابو داود)۔
ہم آپ سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں اور امید کرتے ہیں کہ آپ فیصلے کرتے ہوئے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے اطاعت کریں گے اور صحیح راہ کو منتخب کریں گے اور اسلام کے داعیوں اور خلافت کے لئے کام کرنے والوں سے انصاف کریں گے اورانہیں جیلوں میں بند کرنے کے حکومتی فیصلوں کے خلاف انہیں رہا کریں گے۔
