Another Da'wah Carrier Joins the Ranks of Martyrs in Uzbekistan
﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا﴾
“Among the believers are men who have [always] been true to what they have vowed before Allah; and among them are such as have [already] redeemed their pledge by death, and such as yet await [its fulfillment] without having changed [their resolve] in the least.”
[TMQ Al-Ahzab: 23]
The regime of Uzbekistan's tyrant, the criminal Jew Karimov, is still obdurate in its imperiousness and in its hostility against Islam and war against Muslims, specifically the Da'wah carriers among them. The martyrdom of our Brother Tulyaganov Abdul Ghafour Abd Almatalovic, may Allah have mercy on him, in his prison cell, is another witness to the crimes of the tyrant Karimov.
Almatalovic was first arrested in the year 2000 at the age of 52 years old, he, may Allah have mercy on him, was born in the year 1948 and lived in Tashkent city. He was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment, which he spent in the prison of the city of Kosonsoy. After this period ended, they extended his imprisonment to a period of 3 years that he spent in the prison of the city of Tufaksoy. After the second period ended, they extended his imprisonment to another 3 years and 10 months, which he spent in Novoy 64 Prison. Following complications in his illness (cirrhosis of the liver), he was transferred to the prison of Tashkent Sanjurod where he spent the final 6 months of his life. Our Brother Abdul Matalovic's soul departed to its Lord (swt) in the month of May, however, the authorities did not hand over his body to his family until 19 July 2015.
Despite all the criminality of the tyrant Karimov and his gang, the arrests, prosecutions, torture and murder have all failed to abort the works of the Da'wah carriers, the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, in Uzbekistan. The criminal Karimov regime has failed to understand that thoughts can only be fought with thoughts, not with killing and oppression. Hizb ut Tahrir, which held onto the ideology of Islam and its rulings since the beginning of its Da'wah in Uzbekistan until today, has proven its intellectual efficiency, and it adheres to this honorable stature not only in Uzbekistan, but in the whole world, following in this the saying of the Messenger (saw): «سيد الشهداء حمزة ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فنصحه فقتله» “The master of the Martyrs is Hamzah, and a man who stood to an oppressor ruler where he ordered him and forbade him and so he (the ruler) killed him”.
These pure souls and pure blood will remain a disgraceful stain on the face of Karimov's regime and his gang, and it will remain a living testament that the Muslims prefer to sacrifice even their own souls for their religion over this transient world.
Indeed, the martyr's status to Allah the Lord of the worlds is something envied by the people and the Angels at large, and attaining the pleasure of Allah (swt) is something great for which the enormous sacrifices become easy. We, in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, come forward to give our heartfelt condolences to the family of the martyr Tulyaganov Abdul Ghafour Abd Almatalovic and his friends and relatives, we ask our Lord (swt) to bestow on him His wide mercy, and to honor us with His near victory by establishing the second righteous Khilafah State on the method of the Prophet, the State of justice and mercy to the worlds.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَادُّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الأَذَلِّينَ * كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ﴾
“Verily, those who contend against Allah and His Apostle - it is they who [on Judgment Day] shall find themselves among the most abject * [For] Allah has thus ordained: “I shall most certainly prevail, I and My apostles!” Verily, Allah is powerful, almighty!” [TMQ Al-Mujadilah: 20-21]

ازبکستان میں دعوت کا ایک اور علمبردار شہداء کے قافلے میں شامل ہو گیا
﴿مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا﴾
"مومنوں میں سے (ایسے) لوگ بھی ہیں جنہوں نے اللہ کے ساتھ کیے گئے اپنے وعدے کو سچا ثابت کیا ان میں سے کچھ نے موت کے ساتھ اپنی ذمہ داری ادا کرلی اور کچھ اس کے انتظار میں ہیں اور انہوں نے کوئی تبدیلی نہیں کی"
(الاحزاب:23)
ازبکستان کے مجرم یہودی کریموف کی حکومت بدستور اسلام دشمنی، جبر اور مسلمانوں خاص کر دعوت کے علمبرداروں کے خلاف مسلسل جنگ کر رہی ہے۔ اس بار ہمارے بھائی تولیا جانف عبد الغفور عبد المطلو ویچ رحمۃ اللہ اس کے عقوبت خانے میں شہید کر دئیے گئے۔ یہ واقع کریموف کے جرائم کا ایک اور ثبوت ہے۔
عبد المطلو ویچ کو 2000 میں پہلی بار گرفتار کیا گیا اور اس وقت ان کی عمر 52 سال تھی، اللہ کی رحمت ہو آپ پر، آپ 1948 میں تاشقند میں پیدا ہوئے اور تاشقند کے ہی رہنے والے تھے۔ اس وقت ان کو 7 سال جیل کی سزا سنائی گئی جو آپ نے کوسونسوی شہر کے جیل میں گزاری۔ اس سزا کے پورے ہونے پر اس میں 3 سال کا اضافہ کیا گیا جو آپ نے توفاکسوئی شہر کے جیل میں گزاری۔ اس دوسری مدت کی قید پوری ہونے پر پھر 3 سال 10 مہینے قید کا اضافہ کیا گیا جو آپ نے نوفائی 64 جیل میں گزاری۔ پھر بیماری (جگر کے ورم) کی وجہ سے کمزور ہونے پر تاشقند کے سانجورود جیل منتقل کیے گئے جہاں اپنی زندگی کے آخری 6 مہینے گزارے۔ مئی میں ہی بھائی عبد المطلویچ رحلت کر چکے تھے، اس کے باوجود حکومت نے 19 جولائی 2015 کے دن ان کے پاک جسد خاکی کو ان کے عزیزوں کے حوالے کیا۔
سرکش کریموف اور اس کے غنڈوں کے تمام تر مجرمانہ ہتھکنڈے، تشدد اور قتل سب کے سب ازبکستان میں حزب التحریر کے شباب کو دعوت کےعلمبردار بننے کی ذمہ داری ادا کرنے سے روکنے میں ناکام ہو گئے ہیں۔ کریموف کی مجرم حکومت یہ سمجھنے سے عاجز ہے کہ افکار کا مقابلہ افکار سے کیا جاسکتا ہے نہ کہ قتل اور پکڑ دھکڑ سے۔ حزب التحریر جوکہ اسلام کے مبدا اور احکام پر کاربند ہے ازبکستان میں اپنی دعوت کی ابتدا سے آج تک یہ بات ثابت کر چکی ہے کہ وہ فکری طور پر پختہ ہے اور وہ اس حوالے سے اعلیٰ درجے پر فائز ہے نہ صرف ازبکستان میں بلکہ پورے عالم میں، وہ اس حوالے سے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے اس فرمان کو اپنے لیے اسوہ حسنہ سمجھتی ہے: «سيد الشهداء حمزة ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فنصحه فقتله» "شہدا کے سردار حمزہ رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں اور وہ آدمی جو جابر حکمران کے سامنے ڈٹ جائے اور اس کو نصیحت کرے جس پر وہ ان کو قتل کر دے"۔
یہ پاکیزہ خون اور پاک روحیں کریموف حکومت اور اس کے غنڈوں کی پیشانی پر رسوائی کے داغ ہیں اور یہ ہمیشہ کے لیے اس بات کے ثبوت ہیں کہ مسلمان اپنے دین کی پیروی کو فانی دنیا اور اپنی جان پر بھی ترجیح دیتے ہیں۔
یقینا اللہ رب العالمین کے نزدیک شہید کا بڑا رتبہ ہے جس پر انسان اور فرشتے بھی رشک کریں گے۔ اللہ کی رضا کا حصول ہی بڑی کامیابی ہے اور اس کی راہ میں بڑی سے بڑی قربانی بھی کم ہے۔ ہم حزب التحریر کے مرکزی میڈیا آفس کی جانب سے شہید تولیا جانف عبد الغفور عبد المطلوب کے گھر والوں، ان کے دوستوں اور رشتہ داروں سے دل کی گہرائیوں سے تعزیت کرتے ہیں۔ ہم اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ سے دعا کرتے ہیں کہ ان کو اپنی جوار رحمت میں جگہ دے اور عدل اور رحمت کی ریاست نبوت کے طرز پر خلافت راشدہ کے قیام کے لیے جلد سے جلد ہماری مدد فرمائے۔
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحَادُّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ أُوْلَئِكَ فِي الأَذَلِّينَ * كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَأَغْلِبَنَّ أَنَا وَرُسُلِي إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ﴾
"بے شک جو لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے جنگ کرتے وہی ذلیل ترین ہیں، اللہ نے فیصلہ کر لیا ہے کہ میں اور میرے رسول ہی غالب آئیں گے یقینا اللہ طاقتور اور زبردست ہے"
