Weak Regime Clutches At Straws By attempting to Implicate Hizb ut-Tahrir in “Militant” Actions
As the Raheel-Nawaz regime's position continues to weaken, it has begun to clutch at straws to save itself. The mouthpieces of the regime claimed that ammunition along with literature was recovered from the four advocates of the Khilafah seized in Peshawar on 14th October 2015 and then presented today, 17th October 2015, before court. Yet, we notice that these mouthpieces remained completely silent over the brute force unleashed by the Raheel-Nawaz regime against Hizb ut-Tahrir, including merciless beating of the advocates of the Khilafah, violating the sanctity of a Muslim home without care for the dignity of the women-folk and spreading fear in a respected Muslim neighborhood.
To implicate Hizb ut-Tahrir in acts of "terror" is a blatant lie and exposes the regime and its weakness. This regime is like a drowning man, grasping at straws to save itself from demise. The depth of desperation can be appreciated when one considers that attempts by previous American puppets to malign Hizb ut-Tahrir all failed miserably, when Hizb ut-Tahrir was far less known in Pakistan. Yet, the current puppets have resorted to lying about Hizb ut-Tahrir, as they are reeling at the strong political onslaught of Hizb ut-Tahrir exposing the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s treachery against Pakistan, Muslims and Islam. InshAllah the attempts of the current regime at maligning the party will fail miserably as well for Hizb ut-Tahrir and its work today is widely known and highly respected amongst the masses.
Hizb ut Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam and it's known for carrying out only political work and no one, anywhere, could throughout its over six decades of history bring one evidence that the party carries out material work or has participated in "militant" operations. Hizb ut-Tahrir has persistently followed the methodology of RasulAllah (saaw) never deviating an inch from it, despite facing harsh brutality from regimes implementing kufr laws in Muslims World. Hizb has preserved patiently in its intellectual and political struggle against such regimes even though some of its shabab embraced martyrdom at the hands of oppressive tyrants. In order to justify the continuing oppression of the party and the persecution by the security agencies’ officials, the Raheel Nawaz regime is fabricating lies about the party and spreading them through the media. However such sham attempts at maligning the party would only expose the regime further before the aware and sincere.
Encouraged by the regime's increasingly desperate tactics as a sign of its weakened position before the call to Islam, Hizb ut-Tahrir will continue its political struggle, confident of the promise of Allah (swt) to make the truth prevail over falsehood. And it calls upon the sincere within the armed forces to open their eyes to the opportunity that presents itself before them, to strike the final blow against the collapsing regime, by granting the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the return of the Khilafah. Allah (swt) says:
﴿بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ﴾
“Rather, We dash the truth upon falsehood, and it destroys it, and thereupon it departs. And for you is destruction from that which you describe”
[Al-Anbiya: 18]

حکومت اپنے انتہائی کمزور موقف کو چھپانے کے لئے حزب التحریر پر "عسکریت پسندی" کا الزام لگا رہی ہے
جیسے جیسے راحیل-نواز حکومت کمزور ہوتی جا رہی ہے تو وہ اپنے بچاؤ کےلئے جھوٹ اور بہتان ترازی پر اتر آئی ہے۔ حکومتی بھانڈوں نے یہ دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ 14 اکتوبر 2015 کو پشاور میں گرفتار ہونے والے چار خلافت کے داعیوں سے ہتھیاروں کے ساتھ ساتھ تحریری مواد بھی بر آمد کیا ہے اور انہیں آج 17 اکتوبر کو انسداد دہشت گردی کی عدالت کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا۔ یہ دیکھا گیا ہے کہ جب راحیل-نواز حکومت نے حزب التحریر کے خلاف بدترین قوت کا استعمال کیا، خلافت کے داعیوں کو شدید تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا، خواتین کے احترام کو مکمل طور پر نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے مسلمانوں کے گھروں کے تقدس کو پامال کیا اور آس پاس رہنے والے مسلمانوں کو شدید ہراساں کیا توان حکومتی بھانڈوں نے اس ظلم و ستم سے امت کو آگاہ نہیں کیا۔
حزب التحریر کو "دہشتگردی" میں ملوث کرنا ایک کھلا جھوٹ ہے اور ثابت کرتا ہے کہ جس طرح ایک ڈوبتا شخص خود کو بچانے کے لئے تنکے تک کا سہارا لینے کی کوشش کرتا ہے اسی طرح راحیل-نواز حکومت بھی اپنے شیطانی اعمال پر پردہ ڈالنے کے لیے کسی بھی پستی تک گر سکتی ہے۔ حکمرانوں کی مایوسی کی انتہاوں کا اندازہ لگایا جا سکتا ہے جب یہ دیکھا جائے کہ پچھلی امریکی کٹھ پتلیوں کی حزب التحریر کو بدنام کرنے کی تمام کوششیں بری طرح سے ناکام ہوئیں جبکہ اس وقت حزب التحریر کو پاکستان میں آج کے مقابلے میں بہت کم لوگ جانتے تھے۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود موجودہ امریکی کٹھ پتلیوں نے بھی حزب التحریر کے خلاف جھوٹ کا سہارا لیا کیونکہ حزب راحیل-نواز حکومت کی پاکستان، مسلمانوں اور اسلام کے خلاف غداری کو بھر پور سیاسی جدوجہد سے بے نقاب کر رہی ہے۔ انشاء اللہ موجودہ حکومت کی جانب سے حزب التحریر کو بدنام کرنے کی کوششیں بری طرح سے ناکام ہوں گی کیونکہ اب حزب التحریر اور اس کی سیاسی جدوجہد ہر طرف مشہور ہے اور عوام اس کی بہت عزت کرتے ہیں۔
حزب التحریر ایک سیاسی جماعت ہے اور یہ بات روز روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے کہ حزب صرف سیاسی جدوجہد کرتی ہے۔ حزب التحریر کی چھ دہائیوں پر پھیلی تاریخ سے کوئی ایک بھی ایسا ثبوت پیش نہیں ملتا جس سے یہ ثابت کیا جا سکتا ہو کہ حزب کسی مادی جدوجہد یا "عسکریت پسندی" کے واقع میں ملوث رہی ہے۔ حزب التحریر نے ہمیشہ صرف اور صرف رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقے کی پیروی کی ہے اور کبھی بھی اس سے ایک انچ بھی پیچھے نہیں ہٹی جبکہ مسلم دنیا میں کفر نافذ کرنے والی حکومتوں نے اس کے خلاف بدترین ظلم و ستم کو جاری رکھا۔ حزب نے صبر کے ساتھ ان جابر حکومتوں کے خلاف فکری و سیاسی جدوجہد جاری رکھی جبکہ اس کے کئی شباب ان ظالم حکمرانوں کے ہاتھوں شہید تک ہو گئے۔ حزب التحریر کے خلاف اس ظلم و ستم کو جاری رکھنے کے لئے اس کے خلاف میڈیا کو استعمال کرتے ہوئےجھوٹ کا کمزور سہارا لیا جا رہا ہے لیکن اس عمل نے راحیل-نواز حکومت کے شیطانی کردار کو با خبر اور مخلص لوگوں کے سامنے بے نقاب کر دیا ہے۔
حکومت کے یہ اقدامات اس کی مایوسی کی کھلی نشانی ہے اور اسلام کی دعوت کے سامنے اس کے کمزور موقف کو بے نقاب کرتی ہیں اور یہ سب کچھ حزب التحریر کے لئے حوصلے کا باعث ہے۔ حزب اپنی سیاسی جدوجہد کو جاری رکھے گی کیونکہ اسے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کے اس وعدے پر مکمل بھروسہ ہے کہ سچ ہمیشہ جھوٹ پر غالب آتا ہے۔ اس لئے حزب التحریر افواج میں موجود مخلص افسران سے کہتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی آنکھیں کھولیں اور جو موقع ان کے سامنے موجود ہے اس کو جانے نہ دیں اور خلافت کے واپسی کے لئے حزب التحریر کو نصرۃ دے کر اس کمزور ہوتی حکومت کے تابوت میں آخری کیل پیوست کر دیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں،
بَلْ نَقْذِفُ بِالْحَقِّ عَلَى الْبَاطِلِ فَيَدْمَغُهُ فَإِذَا هُوَ زَاهِقٌ وَلَكُمُ الْوَيْلُ مِمَّا تَصِفُونَ
"بلکہ ہم سچ کو جھوٹ پر پھینک مارتے ہیں پس سچ جھوٹ کا سر توڑ دیتا ہے اور وہ اسی وقت نابود ہو جاتا ہے، تم جو باتیں بناتے ہو وہ تمہارے لیے تباہی کا باعث ہے"
