14th August Independence Day
A Day to Reaffirm Our Resolve to Fulfill the Promise to Allah swt to make Pakistan an Islamic State
On 14th August 1947, the country with the largest Muslim majority population at the time, Pakistan, was created in the name of Islam. In order to achieve this magnificent purpose hundreds of thousands of Muslims migrated, with huge numbers embracing martyrdom. The Muslims of the Indo-Pak subcontinent struggled for a separate homeland to look after their affairs by Islam, inspired by the state established by Muhammad (saaw) in Madinah. There is no doubt that the Muslims of the Indo-Pak subcontinent struggled for the creation of Pakistan just for the comprehensive implementation of Islam, so much so that the slogan “What is the meaning of Pakistan? It is that there is no God except Allah” is still extremely popular.
This day sixty eight years have passed since the creation of Pakistan, but the Muslims of Pakistan are still waiting to see the fulfillment of the implementation of Islam. Allah (swt) granted this magnificently resourceful state, but the traitors in the political and military leadership never allowed the fulfillment of this dream. Due to the non-fulfillment of our promise with Allah (swt), first the biggest Muslim country in world was split into two in 1971, with the separation of Bangladesh, and then even after becoming the world's only Muslim nuclear power, with the seventh largest armed forces in the world, traitors formulate our internal and external policies according to American dictates. A country which Allah (swt) blessed with oil, gas, mineral, water, fertile soil and hardworking people, takes dictates from the Western colonialist institution, IMF to run its daily affairs. Sixty eight years have passed, but more than half of Pakistan's population is forced to live below the poverty line. Sixty eight years have passed, but we have not been able to liberate Kashmir, our jugular vein, and save the Muslims of Kashmir from Hindu oppression. Sixty eight years have passed, but still we have the same old political, economic and judicial orders left by the kufaar colonialist British.
Today is a day to reaffirm our resolve to fulfill the promise made by our forefathers with Allah (swt). Let us reject the man-made system of capitalism, which is implemented by democracy and dictatorship, and let us completely direct our focus to make Pakistan an Islamic state, according to the methodology of Allah’s Messenger (saaw). Let us make Pakistan the starting point of fulfilling the glad tidings of Rasul Allah (saaw) when he (saaw) said, ثم تکون خلافۃ اعلیٰ منہاج النبوۃ “there will be a Khilafah on the method of ProphetHood”(Ahmed). Let us join the struggle of Hizb ut-Tahrir in order to get the blessings of Allah swt and the glad tidings of Rasul Allah (saaw). Let us establish a Khilafah which will uproot the capitalist system, distribute wealth in the society so it will not circulate amongst the rich solely, erase borders created by colonialists in the Muslim World, from Indonesia to Morocco, and unify the entire Ummah under the flag of Rasul Allah (saaw) as one entity and liberate all occupied lands including Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan.
وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِى ٱلأَرْضِ كَمَا ٱسْتَخْلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ
“Allah has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them”
(Al-Noor:55)

آج کا دن اللہ سبحانہ و تعالی ٰ سےپاکستان کو اسلامی مملکت بنانے کے وعدے کو پورا کرنےکی تجدید کا دن ہے
14 اگست 1947 کو دنیا میں اُس وقت کی سب سے بڑی مسلم مملکت، پاکستان، اسلام کے نام پر وجود میں آئی۔ اس عظیم مقصد کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے مسلمانوں نے لاکھوں کی تعداد میں ہجرت کی اور شہادت کو گلے لگایا۔ برصغیر پاک و ہند میں مسلمانوں نے اپنے لئے ایک الگ مسلم ریاست کی جدوجہد اس لئے کی تھی تاکہ وہ اسلام کے نظام کے تحت زندگی گزار سکیں اور ایک بار پھر رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ہاتھوں قائم ہونے والی ریاست مدینہ کا اجرا کرسکیں۔ اس بات میں کوئی شک شبہ نہیں کہ مسلمانوں نے پاکستان کے قیام کی جدوجہد صرف اسلام کے مکمل نفاذ کے لئے کی تھی اور اسی لیے اُس وقت کا یہ نعرہ "پاکستان کا مطلب کیا لا الہ الا اللہ" آج تک انتہائی مقبول ہے۔
آج پاکستان کے قیام کو اڑسٹھ سال مکمل ہوچکے ہیں لیکن پاکستان کے مسلمان آج بھی اسلام کے نفاذ کے اس عظیم مقصد کے شرمندہ تعبیر ہونے کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے ہمیں اس وعدے پر اتنی عظیم مملکت عطا فرمائی لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں کی وجہ سے آج تک پاکستان میں اسلام کا نفاذ ممکن نہیں ہوسکا۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے کیے گئے اس وعدے سے روگردانی کا نتیجہ ہے کہ پہلے دنیا کے سب سے بڑی مسلم مملکت 1971 میں دولخت ہوگئی اور آج دنیا کی واحد مسلم ایٹمی طاقت اور ساتویں بڑی فوج ہونے کے باوجود سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار ہماری داخلہ و خارجہ پالیسی امریکہ کی مرضی کے مطابق بناتے ہیں۔ وہ مملکت جسے اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ نے تیل، گیس، معدنیات، پانی، زرخیز زمینوں اور محنتی لوگوں سے نوازا ہے وہ اپنے روزمرہ کے امور کو چلانے کے لئے مغرب کے استعماری ادارے آئی۔ایم۔ایف سے ہدایت لیتی ہے۔ اڑسٹھ سال گزر گئے لیکن پاکستان کی آدھی سے زیادہ آبادی غربت کی لکیر سے نیچے زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہے۔ اڑسٹھ سال گزر گئے ہم اپنی شہہ رگ کشمیر اور اس کےمسلمانوں کو ہندو کے جبر و استحصال سے آزادی نہیں دلوا سکے۔ اڑسٹھ سال گزر گئے آج بھی ہمارا سیاسی، عدالتی، معاشی نظام وہی ہے جسے کافر برطانیہ چھوڑ گیا تھا۔
آج کا دن اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ سے ہمارے آباؤ اجداد کی جانب کیے گئے وعدے کو پورا کرنے کے لئے درکار جد و جہد کرنے کے عزم کی تجدید کا دن ہے۔ آئیں انسانوں کے بنائے ہوئے سرمایہ دارانہ نظام اور اس کو نافذ کرنے والی جمہوریت اور آمریت کو مسترد کر دیں اور اپنی توجہ مکمل طور پر پاکستان کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کے طریقے کے مطابق اسلامی ریاست بنانے پر مرکوز کر دیں۔ آئیں پاکستان کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت کو پورا کرنے کے لئے نقطہ آغاز بنائیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ثم تکون خلافۃ اعلیٰ منہاج النبوۃ " پھر خلافت قائم ہو گی نبوت کے طریقے پر" (احمد)۔ آئیں اللہ کی مدد اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت کو پانے کے لئے حزب التحریر کی جدوجہد میں شامل ہو جائیں۔ آئیں اس خلافت کو قائم کریں جو کفریہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کو جڑ سے اکھاڑ دے گی، معاشرے میں دولت کی تقسیم اس طرح سے کرے گی کہ وہ صرف امراء میں ہی گردش کرتی نہ رہے، انڈونیشیا سے مراکش تک پھیلی مسلم دنیا کے درمیان قائم استعماری سرحدوں کو مٹا کر انہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے جھنڈے تلے وحدت بخشے گی اور کشمیر و فلسطین، افغانستان و عراق سمیت تمام مقبوضہ علاقوں سے کفار کو مار بھگائے گی۔
وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِى ٱلأَرْضِ كَمَا ٱسْتَخْلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ
"اللہ تم میں سے ان لوگوں سے وعدہ فرما چکے ہیں جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کیے کہ انہیں ضرور زمین میں اِن حکمرانوں کی بجائے حاکم بنائے گا جیسے کہ اُن لوگوں کو حاکم بنایا جو ان سے پہلے تھے"
