China’s Role in Afghanistan
Raheel-Nawaz Regime is Endorsing China’s Role in Afghanistan at US Behest
Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Dr Maleeha Lodhi, in an address to the UN Security Council on 16 March 2015 welcomed China’s closer engagement in promoting reconciliation and economic development in Afghanistan. Hizb ut-Tahrir disapproves the Raheel-Nawaz regime’s short-sighted policy of seeking strength from foreign powers with proven hostility against Muslims, a common trait in the current permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, Britain, France, US, China and Russia. Particularly at a time when the entire Muslim World, as well as many of the kuffar nations, are tired of this gang of five colonialist powers and are desperate for a global just leadership.
For the last few months the Raheel-Nawaz regime has been loudly endorsing China’s role in Afghanistan, in an attempt to hide its treacherous support for the US in the region, which is a cause of intense anger within Pakistan and its armed forces. This policy is to deceive the Ummah by giving the impression that the traitors in the political and military leadership want to reduce the US influence in Pakistan and Afghanistan, by ensuring China displaces America. However, this is not going to happen and in order to know that one just has to see the Pak-Sino relationship thus far. For the last forty five years, Pakistan has had very close political, economic and military relations with China, but even then the US has the strongest influence in our matters. This is why it is the American ambassador, and not the Chinese ambassador, that is active day in night in contacting the traitors in the Pakistan military and political leadership, ordering and forbidding. Moreover, running to London, Washington, Paris, Beijing or Moscow has not assisted any state in the entire world for over half a century to emerge as a world power. Indeed, this club of five nations is colonialist by its nature and never allows any other nation to reach their actual potential.
Moreover, the Raheel-Nawaz regime never dares to challenge any American interest and is only encouraging China because current US and Chinese interests converge with regards to Afghanistan. Afghanistan is full of natural resources of at least one trillion dollar’s worth and hese resources are very important for China and its fragile but rapid economic growth, so China supports America’s continued occupation of Afghanistan to secure her share of the spoils. Moreover, American occupation is a support for China’s security because brutal Chinese tyranny in East Turkestan (“Xinjiang”) is strongly challenged by the noble Uighar fighters, supported by their Muslim brothers of Afghanistan in the Wakhan Corridor. Chinese Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, said during his visit to Kabul on 22 February 2014, "The peace and stability in this country has an impact on the security of West China, and most importantly, it affects the peace and the development throughout the region.”
Hizb ut-Tahrir warns the Muslims of Pakistan that without the Khilafah to strengthen them as they deserve, the traitors within the current leadership will continue to leave them at the mercy of hostile nations. The Khilafah will unify Muslims lands and its armies, utilize immense natural resources in favour of this Ummah through the implementation of Islam and expel US and any other foreign presence from this region. Moreover the Khilafah will emerge soon inshaaAllah as a beacon of hope for the many, many non-hostile kuffar nations who are tired of exploitation at the hands of the colonialist major powers. Such oppressed nations will seek treaties with the Second Khilafah Rashida, as many peoples did in the previous era of the Khilafah, paving their way to enter Islam in droves.
وَلاَ تَرْكَنُوۤاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَآءَ
“And incline not toward those who do wrong, lest the Fire should touch you, and you have no protectors other than Allah.”

چین کا افغانستان میں کردار
راحیل-نواز حکومت امریکی ایما پر افغانستان میں چین کے کردار کی حمایت کررہی ہے
16 مارچ 2015 کو اقوام متحدہ میں پاکستان کی سفیر ملیحہ لودھی نے سلامتی کونسل سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے افغانستان میں صلح صفائی اور معاشی تعمیر و ترقی کے لئے چین کے کردار کی حمایت کی۔ حزب التحریر راحیل-نواز حکومت کی جانب سے دور اندیشی سے عاری اس پالیسی کو مسترد کرتی ہے جس کے تحت اُن غیر ملکی طاقتوں سے قوت حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے جن کی مسلمانوں سے دشمنی ثابت شدہ ہے اور یہ خصوصیت اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کے تمام پانچ مستقل ارکان امریکہ،برطانیہ، فرانس، روس اور چین میں پائی جاتی ہے۔ ایک ایسے وقت میں اس پالیسی کو اختیار کرنا جب پوری مسلم دنیا اور کئی غیر مسلم اقوام بھی ان پانچ استعماری غنڈوں کے گروپ سے تنگ آئی ہوئی ہیں اور انصاف پر مبنی ایک عالمی قیادت کی شدت سے منتظر ہیں، حکمرانوں کی محدود سوچ و نظر کی واضح مثال ہے۔
پچھلے چند مہینوں سے راحیل-نواز حکومت بہت زرو شور سے افغانستان میں چین کے کردار کی حمایت کررہی ہے تا کہ خطے میں امریکہ کو فراہم کی جانے والی غدارانہ حمایت پر پردہ ڈالا جاسکے کیونکہ اِن کے اس عمل کو پاکستان کی عوام اور افواج پاکستان انتہائی نفرت کی نگاہ سے دیکھتے ہیں۔ اس پالیسی کا مقصد امت کو یہ دھوکہ دینا ہے کہ سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غدار پاکستان و افغانستان سےامریکی اثرورسوخ کو کم کرنا چاہتے ہیں اوراسی لئے چین کو امریکہ کی جگہ لینے میں مدد فراہم کررہے ہیں ۔لیکن ایسا کبھی نہیں ہوسکے گا اور اس بات کو جاننے کے لئے پاک چین تعلقات کی تاریخ جاننا ہی کافی ہے۔ پچھلے پینتالیس سالوں سے پاکستان کے چین کے ساتھ قریب ترین سیاسی، معاشی اور فوجی تعاون اور تعلقات کے باوجود پاکستان میں آج بھی امریکی اثرو رسوخ سب سے زیادہ ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ امریکی سفیر تو پاکستان کی سیاسی و فوجی قیادت میں موجود غداروں سے سب سے زیادہ ملاقاتیں کرتا اور انہیں احکامات دیتا نظر آتا ہے لیکن چین کے سفیر کا کہیں ذکر تک نہیں ہوتا۔ اس کے علاوہ پچھلی تقریباً نصف صدی میں دنیا کی کسی ریاست کو لندن، واشنگٹن، پیرس، بیجنگ یا ماسکو کی کاسہ لیسی کرنے سے دنیا کی طاقت بنے میں کبھی کوئی مدد نہیں ملی۔ یقیناً پانچ کے اس کلب کا کردار استعماری ہے جو کسی دوسری قوم کو اس بات کی اجازت نہیں دیتا کہ وہ ان کے مقام کے قریب آسکیں۔
راحیل-نواز حکومت نے کبھی بھی امریکی مفاد کی مخالفت کرنے کی ہمت نہیں کی ہے۔ یہ حکومت افغانستان کے امور میں چین کے کردار کی حوصلہ افزائی اس لئے کررہی ہے کیونکہ اس حوالے سے امریکہ اور چین کے مفادات یکجا ہیں۔ افغانستان معدنیات کی دولت سے مالا مال ہے اور ایک محتاط اندازے کے مطابق وہاں ایک کھرب ڈالر کے ذخائر موجود ہیں۔ چین کی نازک لیکن تیز رفتارمعاشی ترقی کے لئے یہ معدنی ذخائر انتہائی اہم ہیں، لہٰذا چین افغانستان پر امریکی قبضے کے تسلسل کی حمایت کرتا ہے کیونکہ مشرقی ترکستان (سنکیانگ) میں خوفناک چینی جبر کے خلاف لڑنے والے ایغوری مسلمانوں کو افغانستان کی پٹی واخان میں موجود مسلمانوں کی حمایت میسر ہے۔اسی لئے چینی وزیر خارجہ ،وانگ یی نے 22 فروری 2014 کو اپنے کابل کے دورے میں کہا کہ "اس ملک میں امن اور استحکام کا مغربی چین پر اثر ہو گا، اس سے بھی اہم بات یہ ہے کہ اس سے پورے خطے میں استحکام اور ترقی ہو گی"۔
حزب التحریر پاکستان و افغانستان کے مسلمانوں پر واضح کردینا چاہتی ہے کہ خلافت کے بغیر ، جس کے ذریعے آپ وہ طاقت حاصل کرسکتے ہیں جس کے آپ حق دار ہیں، موجود قیادت میں موجود غدار ہمیشہ انہیں دشمن اقوام کے رحم کرم پر چھوڑتے رہیں گے۔ خلافت مسلمانوں کے علاقوں اور افواج کو یکجا کرے گی ، اسلام کے نفاذ کے ذریعےعظیم قدرتی وسائل کو امت کے مفاد میں استعمال کرے گی اور خطے سے امریکہ سمیت تمام غیر ملکی طاقتوں کے اثرورسوخ کا خاتمہ کرے گی۔ اس کے علاوہ انشاء اللہ خلافت بہت جلد بہت ساری غیر مسلم اقوام کی لئے روشنی کا مینار بن جائے گی جن کی مسلمانوں سے کوئی دشمنی نہیں ہے، جو خود اِن استعماری طاقتوں کے ظلم و ستم سے تنگ آئی ہوئی ہیں۔ یہ غیر مسلم اقوام دوسری خلافت راشدہ سے معاہدے کرنا چاہیں گی اور ماضی میں بھی ایسا ہی ہوتا رہا ہے جس کے نتیجے میں بل آخر وہ اسلام میں داخل ہوجاتی تھیں۔
وَلاَ تَرْكَنُوۤاْ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ فَتَمَسَّكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَآءَ
"اور تم ظالم لوگوں کی طرف مت جھکو، ورنہ تمہیں جہنم کی آگ چھو لے گی اور اللہ کے علاوہ تمہارا کوئی مدد گار نہیں ہوگا"(ھود:113)
