The so called Intelligence Report Claiming Hizb ut-Tahrir’s Connection with a Pakistani Diplomat’s Currency Scam is False, Fabricated and Politically Motivated
On Tuesday, 03 February (2015), some media outlets carried a news attributed to a government intelligence report claiming that a Pakistani diplomat, Mohammad Mazhar Khan, was channelling money earned from a currency scam to various organizations including Hizb ut-Tahrir. Our response to such baseless and politically motivated claim is as follows and we request the media outlets to carry our statement for the sake of journalistic objectivity and conveying the real truth to the people:
1. The stated policy of Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is well known, is that the party does not maintain any form of relations with any embassies or diplomatic missions, nor with their officials, let alone receive money and funding from them. The party funds itself from the contributions and donations of its members and supporters who happily spend in the way of Allah due to their commitment and dedication to the Islamic cause of establishing the Khilafah.
2. It is also well known that Hizb ut-Tahrir is engaged in an intense political struggle against the Pakistani regime, exposing to the people of Pakistan the regime’s collaboration with America, it’s treachery against the Muslims and its failure to look after the affairs of the people. In response the Pakistani regime has been relentless in its persecution of the party’s members and workers by arresting and abducting them including the official spokesman of the party in Pakistan, Mr. Naveed Butt who was abducted two years ago and has still not been released. Therefore any claim of the party’s co-operation with the diplomatic officials of the Pakistani regime is absurd to say the least.
3. What is noticed about this so-called intelligence report is that it comes at a time when the party is engaged in an extensive political campaign working to organize the people and the sincere military officers for the immediate removal of tyrant Hasina and the current ruling system; and establishing the Khilafah. The purpose of the report is therefore nothing more than a desperate attempt to malign the party in the hope of obstructing the successes of the campaign.
However the government and its cronies should know that Hizb ut-Tahrir is well connected with the people and the party members are well integrated within all social circles. The people as well as the sincere military officers know the party very well and they will not be deceived by the government’s flimsy propaganda. And Allah willing the Khilafah will be established soon as promised by Him (swt) and prophesized by the Prophet (saw), no matter how much false propaganda or repression the government undertook against the party.

حزب التحریر کو پاکستانی سفارت کار کے کرنسی فراڈ میں ملوث کرنےوالی نام نہاد انٹیلی جنس رپورٹ جھوٹی، خودساختہ اور سیاسی مقاصد کی حامل ہے
03 فروری 2015 کو کچھ میڈیا اداروں نے ایک خبر حکومتی ایجنسی کی رپورٹ کی بنیاد پر جاری کی جس میں اس بات کا دعویٰ کیا گیا تھا کہ پاکستانی سفارت کار، محمد مظہر خان ، کرنسی فراڈ کے منصوبے سے حاصل ہونی والی دولت کو مختلف تنظیموں میں تقسیم کرتا ہے جس میں حزب التحریر بھی شامل ہے۔ ہمارا اس بے بنیاد اور سیاسی مقاصد کے حصول کے لئے بنائی گئی انٹیلی جنس رپورٹ کے متعلق ردِعمل درج ذیل ہے اور ہم میڈیا کے اداروں سے درخواست کرتے ہیں کہ صحافتی اصولوں اور لوگوں تک سچ پہنچانے کے لئے ہمارے موقف کو شائع اور نشر کریں:
1۔ حزب التحریر کی بیان کردہ پالیسی، جو مشہور ومعروف ہے، یہ ہے کہ حزب کسی بھی سفارت خانے یا سفارت کار یا اس کے کسی نمائندے سے تعلقات قائم نہیں کرتی چہ جائیکہ یہ کہ وہ اُن سے پیسے یا مالی وسائل وصول کرے۔ حزب اپنے مالی اخراجات کے لئے صرف اپنے اراکین اور حمایت کرنے والوں کی جانب سے وصول ہونے والی مادی معاونت پر ہی بھروسہ کرتی ہے جسے وہ بخوشی حزب کو اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے کے لئے دیتے ہیں کیونکہ وہ خلافت کے قیام کے اسلامی فریضے سے منسلک ہیں اور اپنی زندگیاں اس کے لئے وقف کرچکے ہیں۔
2۔ یہ بات بھی مشہورو معروف ہے کہ حزب التحریر پاکستانی حکومت کے خلاف ایک سخت سیاسی جدوجہد کررہی ہے۔ حزب پاکستانی حکومت کی امریکہ سے وفاداری، مسلمانوں سے غداری اور لوگوں کے امور کی دیکھ بحال میں ناکامی کو عوام کے سامنے بے نقاب کررہی ہے۔ حزب کی اس سیاسی جدوجہد کے جواب میں پاکستانی حکومت اس کے اراکین اور کارکنان کے خلاف ظلم و ستم کے پہاڑ توڑر ہی ہے ،انہیں گرفتار اور اغوا کرتی ہے یہاں تک کہ پاکستان میں اس کے ترجمان ، نوید بٹ کو اغوا ہوئے دو سال سے زائد کا عرصہ گزر چکا ہے اور انہیں آج تک رہا نہیں کیا گیا۔ لہٰذا کسی بھی ایسے دعوے، کہ حزب پاکستانی حکومت کے سفارتی اہلکاروں سے تعاون کرتی ہے، کے متعلق بس یہ ہی کہا جاسکتا ہے کہ یہ ایک انتہائی بے ہودا الزام ہے۔
3۔ اس نام نہاد انٹیلی جنس رپورٹ کے متعلق جو بات قابل غور ہے وہ یہ کہ یہ رپورٹ ایک ایسے وقت میں سامنے لائی گئی ہے جب حزب جابر حسینہ اور موجودہ حکومتی نظام کو فوراً ہٹانے اور خلافت کے قیام کے لئے عوام اور فوج میں موجود مخلص افسران کو منظم کرنے کے لئے ایک زبردست سیاسی مہم چلا رہی ہے۔ لہٰذا اس رپورٹ کا مقصد اس کے سوا کچھ نہیں کہ اس مہم کو کامیابی کے حصول سے روکنے کے لئے حزب کو بدنام کیا جائے۔
لیکن حکومت اور اس کے چیلے یہ جان لیں کہ حزب التحریر اور اس کے اراکین عوام اور معاشرے کے مختلف حلقوں میں بہت اچھی طرح سے جڑے ہوئے ہیں۔ عوام اور مخلص فوجی افسران حزب کو اچھی طرح سے جانتے ہیں اور وہ حکومت کے جھوٹے پروپیگنڈے سے دھوکہ کھانے والے نہیں ۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی کے وعدے اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بشارت کے مطابق خلافت انشاء اللہ جلد ہی قائم ہونے والی ہے چاہے حکومت جتنا بھی حزب کے خلاف جھوٹے الزامات اور ظلم و ستم کا بازار گرم کرلے۔
