A Delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir / WilayahYemen Delivers Letter to the Pakistani Embassy amid Campaign Launched by the Hizb titled

“Free Naveed Butt Immediately”

On Tuesday 1/4/2014 CE, a delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Yemen, presided by the Engineer Nasser Wahan al-Lahabi, member of the Hizb ut-Tahrir, delivered a letter to the Pakistani embassy as part of the worldwide campaign launched by the Hizb titled: “Free Naveed Butt.” The delegation met with the Pakistani charge de ’affairs Mr. Khalif Hussein Khan Qudaru.  

He was given the responsibility of transferring the letter issued by the Hizb in Wilayah Pakistan in a leaflet titled:

﴿وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلاَّ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ﴾

“And they resented them only because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy.” [Al-Buruj: 8]

to the ruler of his country, who kidnapped the Official Spokesman of the Hizb in Wilayah Pakistan almost two years ago. His location is unknown to this day, nor was he brought to trial or charged with other than saying “Allah is my Lord”, and working for the Righteous Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, that will unite the Muslims. He was a speaker of truth and a professor of Khair, who uncovered the plots that the West and its agents weave against the land and its people.

The following was contained in the leaflet that was presented as a letter and delivered to the charge de ’affairs:

“Naveed Butt, the well known and widely respected Official Spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Pakistan, continues to be held in abduction by the thugs of the regime, since he was first seized on 11 May 2012, almost two years ago. Naveed's tireless exposure of the colonialist conspiracies against the Muslims and clear presentation of how the ruling by the Deen of Islam will provide Khair for the Muslim World and beyond it, was greatly resented by traitors within the political and military leadership. So these tyrants mobilized to silence Naveed, in blind obedience to the policies of their colonialist masters, who fight the call for the Khilafah wherever it is likely to arise, from Syria to Uzbekistan. Thus, these oppressors added to their many crimes against Islam, by chasing Naveed here and there, until their thugs seized him before the eyes of his small children. And until today, not only do they confine Naveed to their dungeons, they undertake a campaign of persecution against the shabaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir. Indeed, the extent of their resentment is such that they send their thugs to chase after the shabaab, wherever they stand to address the people by speech or by the distribution of leaflets, even if it were for a little while!”

The charge de ‘affairs expressed his willingness to communicate the letter to his government, which is drowned in treason to the point of drunkenness, and stubbornly continues its oppression to serve the interests of their masters from the West, particularly America, by imprisoning the sincere workers from the shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

حزب التحریر  کی طرف سے "نوید بٹ کوفوراًرہاکرو" مہم کے سلسلے میں حزب التحریر ولایہ یمن کے  وفد نے  پاکستانی سفارت خانے کو خط پہنچایا

منگل، یکم اپریل 2014کو حزب التحریر کے ممبرا نجینئر ناصر وحان اللهبي  کی قیادت میں حزب التحریر  کی ایک وفد نے پاکستانی سفارت خانے کےناظم الامور جناب خالد حسین خان قوداروسے ملاقات کی اور انہیں حزب التحریر  کی جانب سے ایک خط پہنچایا ۔ یہ خط اس مہم کے ضمن میں دیاگیا جسے دنیابھرمیں "نوید بٹ کوفوراً رہاکرو" کے عنوان سے حزب التحریر  چلارہی ہے۔

وفد نے ناظم امور کو وہ پیغام حوالے کیا جسے ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب نے مندرجہ ذیل عنوان کے تحت جاری کیا   کہ وہ اسے پاکستانی حکومت تک پہنچادیں :

﴿وَمَا نَقَمُوا مِنْهُمْ إِلَّا أَن يُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّـهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ﴾

"یہ لوگ اُن ایمان والوں سے کسی چیز کا بدلہ نہیں لے رہے تھے سوائے یہ کہ وہ اللہ غالب لائقِ حمد کی ذات پر ایمان لائے تھے"

اس ملک کے حکمران کے نام ، جس نے حزب التحریر  ولایہ پاکستان کے تر جمان نوید بٹ کو  تقریباً دو سال قبل اغواکیا تھا۔ اب تک ان کی موجودگی کے مقام کاعلم نہیں ہوسکااورنہ ہی ان کوکسی عدالت کے سامنے پیش کیاگیا۔  نوید بٹ کاقصور یہ تھا کہ وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کو اپنارب مانتے ہوئے خلافت علیٰ منہاج النبوۃ کے دوبارہ قیام کےلئے سرگرم عمل تھے،  وہ خلافت  جو مسلمانوں کووحدت بخشے گی ۔  وہ سچ کابرملا اظہار اوربھلائی کی دعوت دیتےتھے، انہوں نے ان منصوبوں کوبے نقاب کیاجن کومغرب اوراس کے ایجنٹ ملک اوراس کے عوام کے خلاف بناتے رہتے ہیں۔

ناظم الامور کو مندرجہ ذیل  پمفلٹ ایک خط کی صورت میں پیش کیا گیا :

"نوید بٹ ،ولایہ پاکستان میں حزب التحریر  کے مشہور ومعروف اورانتہائی قابل احترام  ترجمان ،جنہیں آج سے دوسال قبل 11مئی 2012 کو اغواکیاگیاتھا ،آج تک حکومتی غنڈوں کے قبضے میں ہیں۔ نوید بٹ کامسلمانوں کے خلاف کافر استعماری طاقتوں کی سازشوں کومسلسل بے نقاب کرنااوراسلام کی بنیاد پر حکمرانی کے نقشے کوواضح طور پر پیش کرنا، سیاسی وفوجی قیاد ت میں موجود غداروں کوسخت ناپسندتھا،وہ مسلسل اس حقیقت کوواضح کرتے رہے کہ کس طرح اسلام کی حکمرانی مسلم دنیاکے لئے بالخصوص اورپوری دنیا کے لئے بالعموم خیروبھلائی کاباعث بنے گی۔  ان غداروں نے اپنے استعماری آقاؤں کی اندھی تقلید کرتے ہوئے  نوید بٹ کوخاموش کرنے کیلئے اپنے غنڈوں کومتحرک کیا،وہ استعماری آقا کہ جنہوں نے شام سے لے کر ازبکستان تک ہرجگہ خلافت کی دعوت کے خلاف جنگ برپاکررکھی ہے ۔ پس ان ظالموں نے اسلام کے خلاف اپنے متعددجرائم میں ایک اور جرم کا اضافہ کیا اور نوید بٹ کا پیچھا کرنا شروع کردیا یہاں تک کہ اِن کے غنڈوں نے نوید بٹ کو اُن کے بچوں کے سامنے اغوا کرلیا۔ اور آج کے دن تک ان غداروں نے صرف نوید بٹ کو ہی اپنے قید خانے میں قید نہیں کر رکھا ہے بلکہ انہوں نے حزب التحریر  کے شباب کے خلاف ظلم و جبر کی مہم برپا کر رکھی ہے۔خلافت کی دعوت ان کی آنکھوں میں اس قدرکھٹکتی ہے کہ آج کے دن تک ان غنڈوں نے   نہ صرف  حزب التحریر  کے شباب کے خلاف ظلم وجبر کی مہم برپاکررکھی ہے ،اور یہ ٖغنڈے ہراس جگہ پہنچ جاتے  ہیں،جہاں  حزب التحریر  کے شباب عوام سے مخاطب ہوں یاان کے درمیان پمفلٹ تقسیم کررہے ہوں، خواہ یہ چندمنٹوں کیلئے ہی ہو!"

ناظم الامورنے اپنی حکومت کویہ پیغام پہنچانے کی حامی بھری جو سرسے پاؤں تک غداری کے جرم میں ڈوبی ہوئی ہے،جس نے یہ ٹھان لیاہے کہ اپنے مغربی آقاؤں بالخصوص امریکہ کے مفادات کی خاطر حزب التحریر  کے مخلص کارکنان کوپکڑتی اوراغواکرتی رہے گی   ۔
