Significant numbers of brigades fighting in Syria have signed the declaration for the establishment of Khilafah

Significant numbers of brigades fighting in Syria have signed the declaration for the establishment of Khilafah state in Syria. From the very first day of the beginning of revolution in Syria, Hizb ut-Tahrir has been providing political guidance to the revolutionaries and the fighting brigades. Now as the days of Bashar ul Asad are numbered, his mentor America, Russia and Western allies are also predicting his demise very soon.America and its allies are putting their utmost efforts so that the people of Syria, after getting rid of one American agent, would accept another traitor American agent and the implementation of Western capitalist democracy. But the Muslims of Syria and the revolutionaries are rejecting their plot and instead they are declaring the establishment of Khilafah as their destination. In the month of December, a number of fighting brigades in Syria signed a document declaring the establishment of Khilafah as their goal. Some of the names are given below:

·        Commander Yahya Mazawi

·        Sergeant Abdur ur Rehman Annjar

·        A brigade who captured the military installation of regiment 46 signed the declaration.

·        Shaikh Suleman Ash Shalabi who advised Abu Noor brigade to signed the declaration.

·        Shaikh Mustafah Halmi Jilani who advised the Ullema of Syria to support the brigades who have signed this declaration.

Other then this declaration of brigades, several large public gatherings took place across Syria in which people rejected the plan of the American Kuffar and declared that establishment of Khilafah as their ambition. Details of some events are given below:

·        On 1^st of Safar 1434 Hijri (13^th December 2012) a large demonstration was held in the city of Al Atarib situated in the province of Aleppo under the title “Reject American intervention” and people declared Khilafah as their goal.

·        On 29^th of Muharram 1434 Hijri (13^thDecember 2012) a large public gathering was held in As Sahera in the suburb of Aleppocity. People were caring the flags and banners of Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم anddemanding the implementation of Islam as a complete way of life

·        On 23^rd of Muharram 1434 Hijri (7^thDecember 2012) a demonstration was held in the city of Ad Dana situated in the provinceof Idlib. People were rejecting the plan ofAmerica and declaring Khilafah as their goal.

شام میں لڑنے والے بریگیڈز کی ایک کثیر تعداد نے خلافت کے قیام کے اعلانیہ پر دستخط کر دیے

شام میں لڑنے والے بریگیڈز کی ایک کثیر تعداد نے ریاست خلافت کے قیام کے اعلانیہ پر دستخط کر دیے ہیں۔ حزب التحریر پہلے دن سے شام میں شروع ہونے والے انقلاب کے ہر مرحلے پر انقلابیوں اور بریگیڈز کو سیاسی رہنمائی فراہم کر رہی ہے۔ اب جیسا کہ بشار الاسد کے دن گنے جا چکے ہیں اور اس سربرست امریکہ، روس اور مغربی اتحادی بھی اس کے یقینی زوال کی بات کر رہے ہیں۔ امریکہ اور اس کے اتحادی اس بات کی جان توڑ کوشش کر رہے ہیں کہ شام کے مسلمان ایک غدار اور امریکی ایجنٹ کے جانے کے بعد دوسرے امریکی ایجنٹ اور مغربی سرمایہ دارانہ جمہوریت کو قبول کر لیں۔ لیکن شامی مسلمان اور انقلابی ان کے اس منصوبے کو نہ صرف مسترد کر رہے ہیں بلکہ خلافت کو اپنی منزل قرار دے رہے ہیں۔ اسی سلسلے میں دسمبر کے مہینے میں سیکڑوں لڑنے والے بریگیڈز نے شام میں خلافت کے قیام کے اعلانیہ پر دستخط کیے جن میں سے چند ایک کے نام درج ذیل ہیں:

۔ سارجنٹ عبدرالرحمن النجار

۔ رجمنٹ 46 کے فوجی اڈے کو آزاد کروانے والے ایک بریگیڈ نے شام میں خلافت کے قیام کے اعلانیہ پر دستخط کیے۔

۔ شیخ سلیمان الشلابی جنھوں نے ابو نور بریگیڈ کو خلافت کے قیام کے اعلانیہ پر دستخط کرنے کی نصیحت کی۔

۔ شیخ مصطفی حلمی جیلانی جنھوں نے شام کے علمأ کو اس اس اعلانیہ پر دستخط کرنے والی بریگیڈز کی حمائت کرنے کا کہا۔

اس کے علاوہ ماہ دسمبر میں شام کے طول و عرض میں ایسے بے شمار عظیم شان مظاہرے ہوئے جس میں عوام نے امریکہ اور مغرب کے منصوبوں کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے خلافت کے قیام کو اپنی منزل قرار دیا۔ ان میں سے چند مظاہروں کی تفصیل درج ذیل ہے:

1 صفر 1434 بمطابق 14 دسمبر 2012 کو صوبہ حلب کے شہر العطارب میں بروز جمعہ عوام کی کثیر تعداد نے “امریکی مداخلت مسترد کر دو” کے عنوان کے تحت مظاہرہ کیا اور خلافت کو اپنی منزل قرار دیا۔

29 محرم 1434 بمطابق 13 دسمبر 2012 کو حلب شہر کے مضافاتی علاقے السہیرة میں لوگ رسول اللہ ﷺ کا علم (جھنڈا) اور لوا ٔ(بینر) اٹھائے خلافت کی واپسی کے ذریعے اسلام کے ایک نظام زندگی کے طور پر نفاذ کا مطالبہ کر رہے تھے۔

صوبہ ادلب کے علاقے الدانا کے شہریوں نے 23 محرم 1434 بمطابق 7 دسمبر 2012 کو ایک مظاہرے میں امریکہ اور کفار کے منصوبے کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے خلافت کو اپنی منزل قرار دیا۔

نوٹ: حزب التحریر نے انشأ اللہ جلد قائم ہونے والی خلافت کے مجوزہ آئین کو جا ری کر دیا ہے۔ یہ آئین 191 دفعات پر مشتمل ہے جس کی ہر ایک شق کو صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت سے اخذ کیا گیا ہے اور ان دلائیل کی تفصیل بھی ہر ایک شق کے ساتھ درج ہے۔ اس مجوزہ آئین کی عربی دستاویز جاری کی جا رہی ہے جس کو مندرجہ ذیل لنک پر دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔
